The flavors here were like nothing I’ve ever tasted! So bold and bright, and everything was cooked to perfection. The owner and staff are so kind, you can tell they put care into every single dish. My whole group sat eating in silence for the first five minutes because it was just too good to speak!

I’ve been wanting to try this since they opened a few weeks ago. Tonight I got the chance, and it was a great decision. I got the veggie samosas and they were incredible! Thicker pastry than I expected, stuffed full of filling, and the perfect amount of heat in the seasoning. I’m so excited to try more from their menu. Highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best South Asian food in town. While everyone else is focusing on shortcuts and trying to look fancy, they focus on flavors and quality. I really hope more people try their food and help them find their footing.

The food and customer service absolutely blew me away. I got the malai chicken tikka wrap and an order of samosas, really generous portions. The malai chicken tikka wrap was out of this world. The chicken was super juicy with a great char, everything was made to order, and incredibly flavorful. The roti wrap itself was really authentic, and paired with crisp vegetables and zingy green chutney, it was perfection. The samosa crust was perfectly flaky and addictive, with a creamy, well-seasoned filling of spiced potatoes and peas. One of the best samosas in Seattle. And I can’t not mention the owner, Syed, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered delivery and tried the lamb seekh kebab, chicken tikka boti, and the chicken puff pastry. Everything I tried was SOO flavorful and the portion sizes were satisfying as well. Everything traveled well and held up nicely to being reheated. I can’t speak to dine-in atmosphere, but based on the food alone I’d definitely order from Cafe Ashiana again.
