Best smoothie king I’ve ever been to. For reference, I’ve been to the horrible one in Greenville, and If I lived there I would still drive here to this one.
They are polite in drive through ordering (I’ve never been inside so couldn’t speak for indoors), and they are always kind when I get my drinks.
They don’t take forever, and they greet you.
The smoothies are a wonderful consistency.
Yeah, it’s a bit pricey, but I’ve never ever had a bad smoothie from here.
And the customer service is just amazing.
The last time I had my husband go through for me, while I was at home sick… he brought me back a wonderful smoothie with sweet writings on it, and I’m weird so it cheered me up a lot, it was so kind.

I am sad to write this bc I like their coffee blends. However, I refuse to go back until I get my refund. In September, we ordered the chicken as an item among other things. When we go to pickup they are out of chicken and don’t want a replacement due to needing GF. I asked for a cash refund as I ordered through the app and she said they can’t do that. Mgr wasn’t at store but said they’d call within a few days. Still no word from them. All I could get from cashier was a receipt saying refund needed and I had to ask for that. Now this store doesn’t sell the chicken anymore but you can still order it through the app. I am hoping this review will get someone’s attention for the principal of it.

Refused to serve an açaí bowl because they were closing, we were there 20 minutes before they closed. How ridiculous, and they were very rude about it. They said we no longer serve bowls, we asked like discontinued them or ?? and they said no we’re closing we can’t make one. That is not right, I’ve shown up 5 minutes before at another Smoothie King and they served me.
