Came here while on vacation , we visit a white castle every time we come to Illinois. Thia location was very clean and well kept. The staff was also friendly and took our order in a timely matter. The onion rings were nice and hot and the sliders didn’t disappoint! I didn’t give it 5 stars because there is always room for improvement in restaurants.

Food was ok. Wife had a taste for white castle so I ordered online for pickup. That part all went well until I got home. Clearly stated in the special instructions was no pickles and no onions. Well needless to say I had more pickles or onions from the sliders we ordered than I thought would be possible.

The food was fresh, the staff was friendly and the drive through order was completed with 100% accuracy. The only issue I had (which I hate to be a stickler on) was wait time. I understand places are short staffed and that is unfortunate but I did wait almost 10 minutes at the drive up before they even offered to take my order. Then I waited an additional 20 minutes for my food. Unfortunately that is a little excessive for fast food. With the staffing issues nowadays ir is important to be patient and respectful which I was, but I also believe in an honest review which is the only reason they received 4 stars instead of 5.

I was at the W.C. last Friday. It was very busy and I was so pleased how I was acknowledged even though she couldn’t get to me immediately. I appreciated that seeing she and 1 other worker were slammed in the drive-thru. My order was taken and was prepared to my expectations, delicious.
A few minutes later a young man came in from brake and jumped behind the counter and followed up our order. He was pleasant, and kind. He generously asked and supplied us with sauces for our food.

Waited at the drive through so long I had to shut my car off, then finally ordered my food one person took my money then the pulled up to the next window the same person gave me my food. Ate my food in my car, ordered the number 2 two double cheese burgers fries and a drink. The meat tasted like it was sitting in a food warmer, not fresh at all . White Castles burgers are always cooked fresh this is the first time I received a non fresh burger. I will not go back to this location .

If you ever have an Uber eats order here, just cancel it or wait Along time! On top of waiting for 20 minutes for an order WITH NO CUSTOMERS, they didn’t even bring my 3 sliders for that 20 minutes. At least bring me my food while I wait. Also, this is like my third order I’ve had to wait extremely long for fast food… and I’ve been here 3 times for orders… never again

Just left there and the elder lady with the bonnet on had a serious attitude problem. I never argue with anybody in charge of my food but as you see from the photos (dead bugs inside cup) it didn’t help. I had a buy one get one free coupon. I ordered combo #10 at $6.19 and combo #2 at $4 and some change. The cashier got upset because I mentioned the coupon last and had to re-enter my order. After giving me the total $8.97 I questioned it and she simply said “you have to pay taxes!” but as you see from the receipt the tax was only $0.78. So as I get to the window she asks if I want a single combo or double. I’m confused didn’t I just place my order? So she rings up the order a third time. From $6.19 to $8.97?? But I asked for fruit punch and was given some carbonated drink which I poured out and discovered two dead bugs inside the cup. You all have to do better!
