Great first Moes experience! Great service and great food. I had the more meat, more cheese bowl.. pretty similar to chipotle… Very good! Free chips and salsa and provided and plenty of dips are available.

1/16/26- My review was 5 ⭐️ until I discovered there was an additional fee for the white chicken and steak options. If the protein that comes with the meal is unavailable, offering a complimentary alternative would be appropriate. Also, the up charge should be disclosed upon ordering. Customers should not incur extra charges without prior knowledge.

My review is based on the customer service.
It’s been a long time since we’ve been to Moe’s, but tonight we wanted something different, so we stopped by.

It was 8:20, so we knew they were probably cleaning up and most likely going to get the scraps leftover, but we gave it a try.

Upon walking in, we were greeted by Jeffery, who was cleaning the grill. He was very pleasant and didn’t seem upset with us walking in, which made me happy, as I know I hate last-minute customers.

Jeffery took my wife’s order and was great with customer service. She eats Moe’s more than I do. When it was my turn, I wasn’t sure what to get and had questions; Jeffery answered them all and made a recommendation, which was great for me.

We both ordered bowls. Aiden came next and added the toppings; they had a little bit of everything left. He was easygoing and accommodating, and my wife got her fill of toppings.

At this point, Jeffery was making my bowl. Here’s the best part: they were low on brown rice and chicken. I was going to change my order to get what he had, but instead, Jeffery pulled out two hot and freshly made trays of brown rice and chicken, assuring me it wasn’t a problem.

When it was my turn for toppings, Aiden was waiting. I was asking about the salsas, and Aiden immediately offered me samples, which made it easier to decide, as you never know the spicy level or taste. I don’t like sour cream and asked which salsa had it; Aiden didn’t mind going over them.

By this time, a few people were walking in; both Jeffery and Aiden acknowledged them, making them feel welcomed.

Amari is the manager, and he walked in from throwing out the trash. We saw him outside on our way in; he was cleaning and helping his crew. If it wasn’t for me asking, he was just another employee working side by side—a quality of a good manager.

At the checkout counter was Traci; she was ringing us up and asked if we were staying or to go. I asked how soon they close, and she said we had time to eat; we decided to go due to the time.

Traci had a driver waiting for food and took a minute to get his order; she was polite to us and got the driver out the door, explaining she doesn’t like them waiting.

While we were ordering, another thing Traci had done was get us a bag of tortilla chips to go with our order.

It was such a great experience that my wife said to me, “What a sweet group of kids.”

Great experience, and to the owner, I hope you treat them well, because they deserve it!

Went in for a family dinner this evening and two of the male workers at the front (check out and assembling the food) acted like they were on something as we had to explain to them multiple times what food was ours. It took us 20 minutes to get thru the line before even sitting down to eat. The tables were all nasty and hadn’t been cleaned and the ceiling fans were on full blast while it was only 40° outside and if I was chilly, I knew my 2 month old was definitely cold. We will not be returning to this location.

Since the moes monday meal went from $5.99 for burrito, chips and drink to $11.43 Im not sure how I feel since I never really thought “quality food” when I ate there. The meal before use to only upcharge on steak, now there is an up-charge on white chicken as well? I went in to order since the app said Adobe chicken was out (which is all the dark mean and parts of the chicken that are not typically desirable). The Adobe chicken option of meat isn’t an up-charge. When I was there the adobo chicken was available so there is a difference when how you order. I do miss the place that was on campus, but that was long ago. With so many other mexican style options, this one, which use to be high on my list for portion size/price, is now sitting a bit lower. Still better than taco bell.

Great place for a bite of quick ‘build it up cafeteria style’ mexican food. It’s comparable to the other similar style mexican foods in the area although I like the selection of salsas as well as the bag of corn chips that come with the order. The employees were friendly and welcoming too!

I’m just going to chalk it up as Moe’s isn’t for me. I got the burrito meal. Half white meat chicken half steak. The entire burrito was cold, even the tortilla. I don’t think the warmer were on. The chicken and steak were both super blain. Service was great tho. Lastly, the chips were like eating razor blazes…cutting my gums and teeth. Y’all can have it

I see Moe’s, I eat at Moe’s. The quality is always good, the staff here was very friendly, and they were busy but moved the line very quickly. The wall art brought back memories of burritos I had in college.

Don’t order online here, there is no good way to do it and you’ll end up waiting longer than it would take to just wait in the long line. Waited 20 minutes past the time my online order should have been finished. When I finally got my order, it was missing all of the sauce and salsas I ordered and the kids meal was missing the cookie and drink. The food we did get was fine. Just very unsatisfied with the service and fact that we had missing items. Annoying to eat chips with no salsa or sauce that we ordered.

Steak is meh, but their new beef barbacoa is pretty good. For the chips I liked the guac and queso.
