From the moment I walked in, Jackie was welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to explain menu options, made sure my order was correct, and kept a positive attitude the entire time — even during a busy rush. You can tell she truly cares about customers having a good experience.

Don’t sleep on this location. It’s different than other teriyaki madness’ I’ve tried. This has flavor it’s always hot & I’m a sucker for fresh food. I’ve been to a few of these places and this one is the best. Addy was at the register and greeted me with professionalisum and kindness. The plater that I got was put together with care and the presentation was great and apeelling. The meat prep was presented very well, as through the cook was presenting a master- peace! Everything about my 1st time experience here was poor. Expect to pay nearly $15 for a bowl of just-add-water rice, a spoon full of soggy vegetables and very bland tastless “teriyaki” chicken. The only thing that sort of made it teriyaki was the small thing of sauce you put on yourself. And the 20 min wait for this was absolutely unacceptable. I would have had a better meal at the gas station next door. Come on teriyaki madness, do better!

I want to start by saying how much I appreciate the quality of your food and the consistently excellent service. It’s clear that your team works hard, and it hasn’t gone unnoticed.
That said, I do have some concerns regarding the pricing. I’ve attached a photo of a recent order—a bowl with spicy chicken and broccoli. I noticed there was an additional charge for choosing all broccoli as the vegetable, even though the bowl already includes rice and mixed vegetables by default.
While I understand and expect an upcharge for premium substitutions or additions, it feels excessive to be charged extra for simply choosing all broccoli instead of the standard vegetable mix. From a customer’s perspective, it gives the impression that the pricing structure is more focused on maximizing charges rather than offering value.
I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that it will be taken into consideration. I truly enjoy dining here and would love to continue doing so without feeling discouraged by pricing inconsistencies.

This is a good spot – out of the many! And, if you have a family who wants something else – tacos are nearby. The food is hot and tasty – as most meals should be. This store earns its corporate title and I recommend this spot, Chef Uber.
