Unfortunately, when you ask and pay for double meat and cheese, you don’t get it. Huge we waste of money. We took our sandwiches up and asked about extra. And it was explained that “add more but not so it looks like double”.
They were doing some type of remodeling inside and the workers could care less to get out of your way. They actually just stood around looking at their phones.In the way.

The Classic Italian sub with fries and a lemonade is the best. I like the fries here a lot because they are freshly made. Also, they go well with malt vinegar or ketchup, but they are still good by themselves.
One thing I must say though is that they should clean up their soda fountain because it was very sticky. Aside from that, the place is clean.

I ordered door dash a cheesesteak sandwich and found hair in my food! When I called the store to report it the guy on the phone asked me what did I want him to do! He did not sound concerned or anything! Do yourself a favor and don’t order here at all they’re careless with food!

This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter’s sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you’re looking for good food that doesn’t feel like you’re getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.

I love the pizza sub from Penn Station. Fries are so good with the sub. Cheese bread was decent to go along with the pizza sub as well. When in the midwest, I certainly enjoy stopping in for a quick lunch at Penn Station. Not you typical sub shop like Subway or Jimmy Johns.

I go to the Fairlawn location quite a bit. This location left a lot to be desired. The lady taking orders was very rude. (The two other ladies with her were very nice and seemed understanding.) Comparing my sandwich to my friends, I got about a 1/5 of ingredients. Fries we’re not cooked. I asked for a refund and walked out.

I frequent this Penn Station when I’m in the area. The staff there never fails me. I am always greeted when coming in and the majority of the time I beat the crowd. I rotate purchasing between 3 or 4 different sandwiches. I am telling you this because I don’t make my decision prior to entering. I kinda look at the menu and see what sandwich jumps out to me that day. Don’t ask me why? Because of the extra time I take I want thank the staff for always being patient when makining my selection. The food is always perfect as I kinda ‘modify’ my meal and again with the patience. Also I have noticed while waiting for my order the teamwork that is displayed behind the counter. The communication and willingness to help each other out seems to be a priority in order to prepare all the sandwiches around lunch time as this Penn gets busy due to its location. I always receive a ‘Have a good day’ as I’m taking my food ta go. Thank you to the Macedonia Penn Station crew for your service.

My wife and I stopped by this location in Macedonia. We were tired and super hungry. The location was clean and quiet. Music was streaming but not too loud. The gentleman at the front was kind and professional. Very friendly. The other gentleman working the register was just as nice. Customer service was outstanding. The bathroom was clean too.
