I’ve ate here at least 3 times now and the first two times the food was decent. Today I had to work on my birthday and decided I would eat a birthday meal from Chipotle and I’m totally upset that I didn’t choose somewhere else. I ordered the chicken pastor bowl and the chicken was too fatty (every bite seemed like fat rather than meat). After realizing I just wasn’t going to be able to eat it, I took it back and got the steak bowl instead. I should have just asked for my money back at that point and went elsewhere bc the steak was so tough to chew. Of all the times I hav been here on my lunch break today of all days when I just wanted to sit down and have a quick & good birthday meal the food sucked! I guess it’s safe to say the food at this location is good according to the cook for that day (which happened to be the manager) I voiced frustration about this to the manager and he seemed to care less. Sure I won’t ever eat from this particular location again .. The photo is a pic of the steak that was so tough to chew that all you could drink was spit it out!

Placed a take out order on the app. Food was plentiful and tasty as always. Problem was I waited more than 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready on the take out shelf, and it was nowhere in sight. I eventually went through the line and that’s when I found out my food was somewhere not in the line of sight of the take out shelf. This wouldn’t be a huge deal, but my husband just had surgery and I’m not supposed to leave him alone for too long. Just a word of warning for others coming to pick up take out, ignore the instructions and go right to the cashier if you don’t see your order on the shelf.

Came in right at 12 to grab lunch on my break and they didn’t have rice peppers or steak ready and I didn’t mind waiting at all for some fresh food. When checking out they asked if I wanted wanted chips and I just asked for a complimentary bag of chips for my weight and the guy started laughing like he was offended or I was asking something unreasonable. I explained it’s lunch time and nothing was ready that’s the least they could offer and didn’t even offer I had to ask and explain the obvious. She offered me a kid size bag of chips. I left telling her that the staff should not be laughing at me you guys should be apologizing for terrible service at lunch time. just started working in this area and I guess chipotle will not be my go to lunch spot. Oh not to mention the picture will show what happened when I went to grab my bag out my food. I really hope this was an accident.

LIME AND SALT SHOULD NOT BE THE ONLY THING YOU TASTE. That is all you get from the chips everytime! The meat is no different. 3 times within about 4 months I tried this location and the chips were HORRIBLE. The meat (Steak) was sooooo fatty and tasted like they threw in all the scrap pieces. VERY Chewy and rubbery. A couple weeks ago I got the Barbacoa was SO salty it might as well have been plucked from the ocean, just inedible. The rice has been hit or miss good one time and super limey the next. Last night my husband picked up around 8pm and the staff were next to nowhere to be found and all the meat was either in need of a fresh batch or super low. By the time he came he realized the last of the meat was dry bits that were probably out for a bit. I changed locations because this is the closest Chipotle to me but last night was the last night I give this location a try.

My kids absolutely love Chipotle and we visit the chain just about everywhere we travel. Not sure why this place is so different, but both kids agreed this is the best tasting bowl they have EVER had! The place is spectacularly CLEAN and organized. Even the garbage receptacles where sparkling as if Mr. Clean was here personally! They definitely deserve a 100 from the health department and as many 4 star reviews as possible! Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Walked in at 8 pm on a Friday, mind you they close at 11 pm, there were at minimum 5 staff members working. All cleaning like they’re cleaning up for the night. They were out of beans, fajita vegetables, and carne asada. When inquiring, all patrons told they needed to cook, when asked about how long the wait would be the staff had no answers. It didn’t even appear that the peppers were cooking. The staff seemed so irritated with having any guests in their establishment. Including us, 5 guests walked out due to their lack of ingredients available. Shocking to have a fully staffed business with no food cooked or being cooked, and missing core ingredients and meats. So disappointed and annoyed at the lack of prep or concern on the part of the staff.

This Chipotle location has been solid to me and my family. No complaints about portions. Sometimes the black beans will either be too salty or no salt at all, but it’s nothing major. It’s fast-food, after all.

This location is hit or miss with quality. I’ve now had two rice bowls where the rice had a lot of hard overcooked pieces that literally hurt my teeth while trying to chew. The first time I had to return the bowl because it was literally not edible. Today I’m dealing with it while trying not to break a tooth. They skimp on the protein (as most Chipotle restaurants do). They’re supposed to give 4 oz, but you’re lucky to get 2-3 oz most of the time. The flavor is always pretty good though and I rarely get cold food. It’s nice that they’re open late so you can get a semi-healthy meal.

Staff was friendly. That was it. Worst food I have ever had at a Chipotle. Food was not fresh, rice not cooked, just bad. Tables in the restaurant were all dirty and had not been wiped off. This was at 6:00 pm also so not at an off time….
