Great little gem of a pizza place off highway 10 in Ramsey. Great atmosphere with an Italian feel with chairs, booths and decor with a twist of rock band posters.
Absolutely loved the stuffed pizza, closest you’ll get this type of pizza outside of Chicago. .85 Tuesday Wings were good but would rate slightly above average. Also tried a calabrese which is like a full sized calzone. Great service tonight attentive to our party of 4. Will return soon. Thank you!

Aurelio’s is a pizza chain based out of Illinois and this is the only location currently in Minnesota. The quality of the pizza crust is better than most pizza places around. The sauce is almost smokey and quite thick but no chunks which I quite like.
I was going to give this place a 4 star but due to a mess up in the kitchen and how it was handled I’m leaving less than happy about an otherwise happy visit. The staff is friendly enough and quite accommodating besides the mishap. Even though I had a poor experience I have to say it’s probably the best crust I’ve had for a pizza and the pepperoni got nice and crisp in some spots which rocked. I certainly recommend coming here and trying it out though I recommend getting the thin crust over the stuffed pizza.
The atmosphere is pretty dull but it fits the place so it’s not really an issue so much so it actually feels kinda cozy.
Just because my experience wasn’t a 4 or more doesn’t mean much honestly, the food is good and worth the price and if everything went better I would give this place a 4 for sure.

Grew up 15 minutes away from the original Aurelio’s in Homewood IL. Hands down our families favorite pizza!! Worth the hour trip to Ramsey to eat the best pizza and have some memories come back!

We had a pepperoni pizza. Wouldn’t eat any more after the second piece. Check out the pictures here. They have a lot still in the kitchen . Who posted those? Maybe some of the other pizzas are better but this tasted like a frozen pizza with a ton of cheddar cheese tossed on top.

Staff wasn’t very friendly, but the pizza was as good as others have claimed. Pizza was ready to go upon my arrival as we ordered online. Speaking of online…their app is not very user friendly. I could not figure out how to order a half/half pizza. I also could not find a way to pay online.
…most importantly, my $30 one topping pizza was very good. This is worth a try when you feel like splurging a bit.

Hands down, one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. We had the Hawaiian. The waitress was awesome and checked back frequently to make sure everything was ok. Restaurant was very clean. I’ve lived by this place for 3 years and always told myself to stop by and try the pizza, and today I’m glad I did.
