The food here was awesome fresh and hot. I Placed a drive-thru order. The staff was very nice and very helpful in explaining the menu and explaining the meals explaining deals and explaining what was included with the meals, they were very courteous and respectful in making sure that I understood what was included in my order the young lady in the drive-thru was very knowledgeable about the menu and once I approached the window, she had a very bright smile. The staff is awesome very friendly staff very bubbly attitude and very helpful with explaining my meal and not to mention my meal was hot and fresh. Awesome staff awesome food awesome restaurant

This Zaxby’s had the friendliest wait staff. They greeted us, took our order with a smile, and the manager checked to make sure we were happy as we ate. I would have posted an awesome review with the company, but I’m not downloading the app. We don’t have Zaxby’s where I’m from so there’s no reason to.

When this location first opened, we always great. Until yesterday evening. My husband ordered buffalo chicken tacos, he got a few small chicken fingers in buffalo sauce. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken was like rubber like it had been in a warmer for a long time. I couldn’t even bit through it. But, the fries were good and fresh. Drinks were fine. No napkins or ketchup. The girl at the window barely spoke and kunda had attitude. Maybe we will try again one day, but it will be a while.

First time back here since the review below. I got the Ranch Chicken Bacon Fries those are really good. They are a side, but I ate them as a main for me and it was the perfect size. I added some Zax Sauxe on top and it was really good. See photo.

This is my second time trying Zaxby’s and it’s okay. I got the Zax Box which is 20 pc tenders, 2 orders of fries, 6-8 “toast”, and 4 sauces. Let’s talk about the food the toast isn’t toasted very well. It’s got the toast color however it’s not crunchy like toast. The tenders while they were good, they were flavourless and tiny. The fries were cooked to perfection, but no seasoning. I wasn’t asked what kind of sauces I’d like I was just given 4 of the Zax Sauce – it was okay. I did go through the drive thru and the wait wasn’t bad at all and the cashier and drive thru server were friendly and professional.
Would I come here again? Sure I’d like to try some of the other things they offer. The Zax box with tax cost about $40.

The worst part of coming here is the entitled impatient customer’s. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is on point and always hot. I eat here at least once a day already, sorry chik fil a. I expect to wait when ordering here because the food is banging and the atmosphere is relaxed. The staff is always smiling and laughing while being slammed with orders it’s a beautiful thing. Keep it up Zaxby’s, Vicksburg welcomes you.

They always have fast service but the food always cold if the chicken hot the fries cold if the fries hot the chicken cold but the cashier’s is always very friendly if you ask for it fresh it comes partially cooked and full of grease this location is very convenient for me but they don’t do right

They don’t do a thorough job.. the car in front of me had an issue with their order. I presumed that my order was okay do the wait time. I was wrong. Poor service as my meal was incomplete. I attempted to call their location multiple times. No one picked up.

Excellent food just tried the salads for today. They are great and they frozen strawberry lemonade is a great drink a little to sweet but overall great services and cleaness.
