Ordered two Carne Asada Burrito Bowls for pickup and I kid you not there was almost a whole bowl of rice and other ingredients and only 3 small pieces of steak. Absolutely ridiculous. I can’t believe we paid $17 for bowls of rice. Chipotle DO BETTER!!!

Writing this review as I’m sitting in the drive thru. My order was supposed to be ready at 8pm and now it’s 8:40 still the second car in line. This is absolutely unacceptable, it’s a shame Virginia Beach doesn’t have a Pancheros here.

Tried to write another review because I’m extremely disappointed in the service. After waiting for 40 minutes in the drive thru, I went inside and waited for 15 minutes in there. I wasn’t asked about my order for 15 minutes while I was making it obvious I was here for an online pick up. The lady then goes and gets my order that has already been done for an extended period of time. This wasn’t my first issue I’ve had with chipotle. When I got home, I noticed the cup of queso was open and spilled all over the bag. I will not ever be coming back to this location, or chipotle to begin with. Very disappointed that I spent money on this poor service

Paid $20 for a double meat burrito and it showed up tiny. Nothing about it looked like double anything. I also paid a dollar for chimichurri and got about two teaspoons of sauce. Charging that much for that little is ridiculous. Total waste of money.

Just another Chipotle spiraling towards the pitts of despair. What happened to you Chipotle? Your food was delicious, hot, crunchy, just amazing and rewarding. Now your chicken and steak feel like I’m eating beef and chicken jerkey. And what happened with your pleasant staff? Seems like the requirement is to hire unpleasant, rude people. Look to Chick-fil-A across the street if you need an example of pleasantries. Be better Chipotle, and return back to your glorious days!

My boyfriend’s sister and I ordered food from here through the app and we had a pretty pleasant experience. The store was clean, the people were nice and the food was made pretty quickly. My only complaint is that I ordered 2 of the same bowls but one of the bowls they
didn’t make correctly. They had added lettuce even though I didn’t add it to either bowl and
they also forgot to add the tomato salsa. But other than that the food was good. Will go back again in the future.

I ordered my food in the app and arrive 1 min after my pickup time. I waited for 2 to 3 min before anyone even came over. The 1st staff member come over, I give her my name and she gives me my bag and is closing the window. I try to remind her that I also payed for a drink and she tell me they don’t have the drink and says something to another young lady in their shared language. That staff member comes over and asks me what I want and has the nerve to say she is busy and calls me a GIRL. We exchanged words and I reminded her that she didn’t need to be rude and that I would like my drink. I let her know that I would sit right there and wait. Eventually a 3rd member brings something over but I really didn’t trust drinking anything that they handed me. I put the drink back on the ledge and sat right there to write a review and request my money back online. I CANT BELIEVE I HAD THE NERVE TO TIP WHEN PLACING MY ORDER. NEVER EVER AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECCOMED.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I have been going to this Chipotle for years and lately they have really stepped up their game for service and food quality, so I think that deserves a redeeming review from a local.
The food is fresh, and the portion sizes are much better than they used to be. Coumba took our order and did an exceptional job, she is always diligent and greets customers with a welcoming smile! That means a lot for customer service—I once told myself that I would never visit this location again because the service used to be terrible, but I’m happy that I gave it another chance because I was very pleased with my experience today.

If I can give this place a zero I would you know after you work a long day of work you figure you’d come to a spot like this it’s only 10:01 they close at 11:00 they got no stake not planning to make any steak so I dont understand why stay open till 11:00 if you’re not going to have food made.. and you know what just look at the reviews everyone gives it a one I’m sure they all feel like me they probably want to give them zeros.000000000

This is by far my least favorite Chipotle in the area. The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful, and they are always running out of key ingredients. And some staff do not know how to wrap the burritos properly. I’ll be taking a long break from this location.
