A few of our agents over at Keller Williams Realty Central Delaware and I have gotten together at House of Coffi several times over the years. The owner, Kristin, and her entire team provide a welcoming environment that makes it easy to slow down, connect, and have meaningful conversations. The drinks are consistently great and the space is comfortable. Definitely one of our favorite spots to support locally!

Amazing food. I think every entree was cooked to perfection, seasoned well, and there was a beautiful spice to the shrimp and sausage scampi. My daughter had the chicken bruchetta and said it was so flavorful and juicy. 10 out of 10 will be back. Oh! And the staff here is also awesome, welcoming, and fast!

Took us about 20 minutes to find parking, I’m assuming everyone that took the parking in front of the business were the same people sitting inside chatting for a while. 1 out of 3 workers were actually working, the other two were chatting with people the whole time we waited. The prices online do not match prices in-store, it was actually about 3-4 dollars more expensive. We ordered a Breakfast Sandwich and an Everything Bagel with cream cheese, both tasted very cheap and was not worth the price, size, or flavor. Both tasted very bland and the cream cheese had a horrible aftertaste that we paid $2 just to add on the bagel, they barely put any on it. The fridge for bottled and canned drinks had no signage for pricing. A can of soda for $2, a breakfast sandwich for $7 that’s the size of a Popeyes biscuit, and a bagel for $3.50 + $2 for the cream cheese. Pastries didn’t look the best either. This place seems like maybe they do their coffee good but I wouldn’t be going for their breakfast items. Next time we will take the drive to Surf Bagel for cheaper yet extremely good quality food and coffee.

House of Coffi in Dover is an absolute gem! They offer an amazing variety of drinks, from classic coffees to fun seasonal offerings and unique themed drinks that you won’t find anywhere else. It’s always exciting to see what creative options they come up with next!

Their snacks and sandwiches are top-notch, perfect for pairing with your favorite drink. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially when compared to the big corporate coffee chains—so you’re getting great quality at a great price.

What really stands out is the staff. They’re incredibly kind, patient, and always make you feel welcome, even on their busiest days. It’s the kind of place where they truly care about their customers.

I also love that they support local artists and musicians by showcasing and selling their work. It’s a nice touch that adds to the overall charm of the place.

The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of downtown Dover by the state capital. It’s the perfect spot to grab a coffee whether you’re on the go or looking to relax for a bit. The vibe is cool, relaxed, and it’s so refreshing to support a privately owned, local business that’s clearly passionate about what they do. Highly recommend!

Cute colonial style coffee house located on the state square. Had a large variety of different coffee drinks along with many delicious baked goods. Got a couple of iced coffee drinks to go along with a large chocolate chip cookie and blueberry muffin. They were very good. There is a few parking spaces outside on the road. There was indoor seating, along with some awesome outdoor seating options. Friendly services as well.

We stopped in for lunch on a quiet summer Friday. We had a turkey sandwich and a mini egg souffle. The food was okay and it was prepared in a few minutes. We enjoyed eating at their outdoor tables since the weather was nice. The servers were not especially welcoming. We appreciated that the cafe features the work of local artists for sale on their walls.

Honestly the place overall is nice the atmosphere and employees were respectful and friendly but I had an issue with my food as well as one of my friend’s drink. My friend also had a funky monkey that taste like something in it was spoiled
I ordered a bagel with butter and jelly. No aluminum wrapping and not cut in half with jelly leaking out over the bagel and light butter. On top of that they charge 2 dollars per topping… it didn’t even look appealing in my opinion.

A cozy coffee shop in the picturesque downtown of Dover. A brick sidewalk and patio usher you into the establishment. They have a multitude of flavors as well as tasty breakfast options. Don’t sleep on the everything bagel.

The best part? They’ll full your travel mug if you ask!
