This incredible spot was a highlight of our anniversary trip to VB! The Rockefeller oysters were hands down the best I’ve ever had bursting with depth, flavor, and variety in every bite. Absolutely amazing. Hats off to the chef because they were truly unforgettable.
We also tried the calamari, chicken parm and the burger, both incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. The fries were perfectly done, and the drinks just topped off an already amazing experience.
We had such a great time here, and it’s a place I’ll always remember from our trip. Without a doubt, I’d go back again and again. Highly recommend!

We dined at Twist Martini & Associates at VB Town Center and had a great experience. We started with She Crab Soup, Buffalo Chicken Dip, and Chicken & Poblano Pepper Soup everything was good and flavorful.
For entrées, we had the Frankenstein Burger (huge and loaded), Bacon Maple Salmon, and Blackened Atlantic Salmon with mashed potatoes and shrimp. All were flavorful and cooked well.
Great food, excellent service, and a stylish atmosphere. Twist Martini & Associates delivers both quality and experience. Highly recommended!

Second time here. This time stopped in for happy hour real quick. Drinks were outstanding. Happy hour has some great drink deals which is fantastic. Not a ton of happy hour food options but thats alright. Mon-Thurs there are food specials (and usually drinks to match those) that run until 9. The daily specials rotates but has good deals there. Hoping to start stopping by more and make this place a somewhat regular stop because of the good drinks and deals they offer for early bird. FYI they do charge 18% gratuity automatically, also 3% credit card fee.

Such a great locals’ spot.The cocktails were outstanding, and their martinis are seriously delicious with so many fun options to choose from. The vibe is warm. The kind of place you instantly feel comfortable in. Can’t wait to come back!

This was our 2nd time here. We were here for our anniversary last October. I think it was even better. The food was so good. We split steak bites as an appetizer, my husband got the ridiculously juicy pork chop and I had to get the BBQ meatballs again because I remembered and craved them. I also got the Mac n cheese. Almost…really close…to as good as mine. I got the tiramisu n was blown away and the hubs got the salted caramel cheesecake which I wanted to try but was too full. He said it was perfect. The drinks were excellent as well. We both had 2 because 1 peach bikini isn’t enough….but 3 is alcoholism. There’s also a fun and welcoming vibe that I can’t describe but i appreciate. We will definitely come back next time we are in Virginia Beach.

Decides to have a night out with my significant other and we happened upon this establishment. Requested a table for 2 and was able to get seated in about 10 minutes. After being seated things took a turn for the worse as we did not get a server for to greet us or bring water for about 20 minutes. We sat unattended to for so long that guest at another table noticed and on the way out praised us for our patience. Eventually a waitress came and we put in drink and food orders. As we waited we were greeted by George. I am unsure if George is the owner or manager but thank god for George. After explaining how long we were waiting he gave us his deepest apologies which actually felt like he was ashamed at the service we had received this far. We were ready to write this place off and not return but he rectified all of our concerns and made us feel like this truly is a one off. The food came and it was fresh and hot. We ordered lumpia fries and shrimp and a few drinks. Though things started of rocky we cannot thank George enough for saving our evening with his hospitality. If he isn’t the owner then he either needs a raise or promotion for how he handle the situation. Will definitely come back to support this place because the drinks are great!

My partner and I came to Twist Martini before a show at the theater across the street and we enjoyed the meal. I had a dirty martini which was good (I just wish they offered blue cheese stuffed olives) and the crab pasta which was delicious. My partner had a couple drinks he enjoyed and a salmon dish the waiter suggested which he liked as well. For the price of the food and drinks, I wish the decor and vibe of the restaurant had been a bit better, it seemed outdated. Overall the meal was good and we enjoyed our waiter. Be aware there is an 18% gratuity added to all checks, it is noted on the menu.
