Dear valued customers, Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, prices of items and stock are continuously increasing. Therefore, we have increased the price of some items in our system. However, the price of the paper menus given reflect the prices before COVID-19; we have yet to have the chance to adjust the prices on the paper menu (our online prices are up to date). Tried Sushi Garden in Jacksonville and had a mixed experience. We ordered hibachi along with three different types of sushi. The sushi was overall pretty good and definitely the highlight of the meal. However, the hibachi chicken had a strange texture and almost felt undercooked, which was disappointing. The rice was also a bit dry.
The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, but the service was fairly minimal—the server didn’t interact much with us. Overall, it was an okay experience, with decent sushi.

This was where me and my partner went on our first date. We normally been ordering take out form this place, so it’s been a while. We decided to go in again today to celebrate my birthday, (tomorrow on the 24th) since tomorrow it’s closed. The decorations look great, and we notice it expanded a little since last time. The service was excellent , the ambience with the projector was good, food came out fast. Everything about this place is amazing, clean and beautiful. I’m always satisfied when coming here , no one beats the quality and taste of sushi gardens foods.

I’ve been here for take out and dine-in and every time the food is out of this world. It’s very calm inside and the presentation of the food is beautiful. Servers are very friendly and the service is quick. Highly recommend the sushi and most importantly the Tonkatsu Ramen! The pork belly is crispy and the broth is rich and comforting. I’ll eat it even if it’s 100° outside and my AC is broken.

The constant love roll was the best sushi roll I have had. It was wonderful. Their udon was decent, and the butterfly roll was good. Definitely super fresh, tasty, refreshing food. If you want sushi you can’t go wrong.

Definitely not a high end sushi restaurant, but for the price it was good. The miso soup was a large portion, but I didn’t have too much going on. I’m pregnant so I got all cooked rolls. My favorite was the holiday roll (middle roll in the pic). I would come back here mainly because sushi is limited in the Jacksonville area.

We’ve been twice in the last 2 weeks. Everything we’ve had so far is delicious . Their Kani ka Fried appetizer is warm cheesy goodness. My husband and I shared party platter 4 and it was the perfect amount. My SIL had the sashimi platter which she liked except for the red one. Service has been great both times. This place has been added to the rotation.

I was looking for a good sushi place, since I have been recently disappointed from some of the restaurants that I usually go to. Especially about the cleanliness… I don’t know if it is just me, but it seems like sushi restaurants are always a little… well, gross.
Let’s talk about sushi garden: I had to drive a long way to try this restaurant and I think it was worth it. The sushi was really really good! The ratio fish/rice is great, as you can see from the pictures I added to the review. The service was good, the waitress was attentive (the restaurant was not very busy, though). The atmosphere is nice and it seems like the place is pretty clean. It’s a little far from where I live, so I don’t know if this can be my new favorite sushi place, but I will be definitely back again, and hopefully it will be as good as the first time. I’ve tried many sushi places, also some very high rated ones, and I definitely recommend you this restaurant for their sushi!

This is not your standard sushi ramen or hibachi establishment. The experience here was top notch and Grade A quality food. I will not be going anywhere else for these food options. My teenage kids can be picky eaters and it takes a lot to impress them, they were like can we come here daily. I have never had the kids say that. Excellent food and great atmosphere. I have recently started looking for sushi options that have raw uncooked fish options and the sushi menu here had lots of options I should have probably only ordered 1 roll but I feel the need to try multiples, I was not disappointed. My daughter did the beef and broccoli hibachi and she was raving about how big the steak was and the flavor was perfectly seasoned with the sauce. My wife and son got two different types of ramen bowls and they were both raving about the eggs how they were flavored almost like they were pickled with soy sauce. This is our new sushi hibachi and ramen spot.

We had an excellent lunch here that was quickly and expertly prepared out very fresh high quality ingredients. The ginger salad and avocado salad were both excellent. The miso soup was definitely a cut above as well. The sushi rolls and hibachi vegetables were delicious. Combine all of this with the attentive customer service we received and this place is a neighborhood gem. We will certainly be coming back for more!
