This is the WORST fire house subs ever !! Went in tonight. Spent $70 on 5 sandwiches. Half of the order was COMPLETELY wrong. I called and spoke to a woman that said she was the manager(literally the rudest person ever) she said she wasn’t going to do anything unless I drove all the way back. When I told her I couldn’t drive back it was too far she hung up on me !! This is what we got. A jalapeño lettuce and hot cheese. Disgusting How is this woman a manager? SHE is a HORRIBLE !!

I never leave reviews but this location is horrible. I got a smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket, my favorite sandwich, and it came with no bbq sauce, soggy bread, and I swear it was a small instead of the medium I paid for. I go up to see if I can get some bbq sauce and the worker looks at me like I’m crazy asking about it and points over to their sauce station and I ask which one is what they normally put on it and she points at this one that’s literally just hot sauce and says that’s the best they have. And so I continue to look around and there’s no bbq sauce. Anyways it seemed like they put on some weird sauce instead and the sandwich was bad, complete waste of money. Idk if they were just out of the bbq or what, but if they are, they should let you know as you get the sandwich, otherwise I would’ve gone elsewhere. Wish I could get a refund or something

Terrible experience we came here 1 hour before close and when my fiance ordered the lady at the register was unwilling to answer questions about the sandwich’s and also she asked if they could be cold because she had already cleaned her grills when he asked if they could be hot she said I can toast the bun. why are you open if you’re not going to give the same quality of food also why are closing your grills so early I used to work in fast food and you were only allowed to close you’re grills once the store is closed or if you have multiple grills one must stay open at all times terrible service and experience

I walked in 10 min before they closed and the Latino man and black woman with braids decided that they didn’t want to serve me and apologized by saying they had already put all the food away. My understanding is if you open till 9pm then that means your open to business till 9pm. Not happy with wanting one of your subs and I get turned away while the door is still open. If you don’t want to serve customers then lock the door!

I ordered through Uber Eats and normally I love the food but today my food was all all wrong and when I borrowed my daughters scooter to go talk to the people working at Firehouse in Lehi the little dark woman working 11/20/2025 at 5pm wanted to tell me I took stuff off my sandwiches and pretty much called me a liar even after showing her pictures!! I stood there until I got my order corrected, she thought I wasn’t going to stay. Like are you serious right now? I didn’t waste my time and money to come in the cold to lie to someone!!! Just make the food like you’re asked!!!

First time trying this sandwich shop. It was very tasty. My cashier was super friendly and had a good sense of humor (I believe his name was Sean). I order a large sub with drink/ mac n cheese and a chips and man was I stuffed. The meat quality was great, the bread was nice and fresh and the mac and cheese was delicious . I will definitely be back.

I ordered a medium Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket, and it had decent flavor. I wasn’t filled with the medium, but I didn’t leave hungry either. I think a medium-sized sandwich would satisfy the majority of patrons.
I was annoyed with the service during my visit. First, the staff informed me they could only accept online orders. Something must’ve been down with their register. So I did the online order, and they called out names for people to collect their orders. About 20 minutes passed, and my name wasn’t called, but they were still calling out names. Ten more minutes went by, and as I went to ask about my sandwich, I noticed a to-go shelf on the right side with a solo bag. Sure enough, my order had been finished for 20 minutes, but my name was never called. Halfway through my wait, they fixed their register, and switched back to how they handle in-person vs. online orders. Ultimately, it was a poor communication experience, but it annoyed me enough that Firehouse Subs won’t be on my radar when I’m in the area. To be fair, unless their register goes down frequently, it’s probably a one-off experience.
