Onefold is a scratch-kitchen breakfast and lunch restaurant specializing in traditional Filipino, Chinese, Colorado-style Mexican, and American dishes. We are not a fusion restaurant. Each dish is made with authenticity and care. We are seed oil free, using only avocado oil and animal fats. Everything is made from scratch, from our hand-pressed tortillas to the stocks in our green chili and congee. We serve locally roasted coffee and boozy breakfast cocktails, with quick-service ordering and full-service hospitality on a spacious patio.

I have officially eaten at all 3 Onefold locations! Each one is such a beautiful space in their own special way but still fits the classy Onefold vibes. I absolutely crave their Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, I savor every sip! My husband and I enjoyed the Simple Breakfast and the Crepe. Such a delicious breakfast at a gorgeous restaurant with friendly service!

It was a great atmosphere, very modern! We got the Chilaquiles, and we got the duck fried rice! Highly recommend the duck fried rice, a great portion! We got an espresso martini- was good. You order your food then select where you want to sit to enjoy your food.

My first time at OneFold was disappointing. The food was thrown together, I ordered the breakfast burrito. In the description, it does not describe the wet consistency. It is covered in gravy which I did not like. To top it off, the burrito was falling apart. The restaurant was freezing! We had to sit in our parkas to stay warm while eating. It felt like the restaurant was 40-50 degrees. I will not be back.

First time visiting Onefold here! I always order the breakfast fried rice—it’s a must-try and absolutely delicious. I also tried the breakfast Sammie, which was tasty too. It’s great to have a location closer to the suburbs!

Loved the ambience and the delicious breakfast. I had the congee with duck and an iced matcha latte with oat milk and lavender syrup. Both were fantastic. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful, and the food came out quickly. We’ll definitely be back!

Really enjoyed this place. The atmosphere is beautiful and modern, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The food is delicious (the breakfast burrito was amazing) and the coffee is fantastic too, a single origin. This will definitely become one of our regular spots!

Very cute place. You order before you sit down. They were out of a lot of things like duck and a few drinks which was a little annoying as it was a Tuesday morning. Burrito and congee were good but not amazing. Bacon fried rice was very greasy and lacked a little in flavor. Had high hopes for this place.

From the counter service to the wait staff everyone was pleasant and attentive to our entire experience.
Had a enjoyable conversation with Terese about food, travel and family and she surprised us with pastries on the way out the door.
