Stopped in here just on our way through town and we loved it! A little outdated but the food was incredible and the service was friendly. We would come back for sure.

This place used to be the bomb. Great food, great prices, great quality of service. However, their ability to get food out the door has suffered greatly. Normally I have been able to order and get food through the drive through in 10 minutes.
This time I had to drive back through the drive-thru, and park, as someone in my car could not wait 15+ minutes to order, and get our food. I had to park, take them to the restroom and reorder the food from scratch.
The catch? There are THREE cooks in the back, and the place is not packed. Normally one fast cook in the back can handle the load. Three people and they cannot get it done.
Despite all this, the food is still genuinely good Mexican food. Normally I would say worth the wait, but it’s coming up on 50 minutes as I write this.

Ordered chilaquiles, received a greasy soupy mess. Was so watery the sauce spilled into the bottom container of second order.
Took both back.
Second breakfast was fixed and chose a burrito instead.

Got chicken tacos. Flavor was very good. Took away one star because the bathroom wasn’t clean and the seat was loose. I’ll still go back for the tacos.

Taco King is one of the best Mexican places we have ever been to! All their food is delicious, plenty of variety for everyone. One of their unique items is the horchata shake, which is to die for.
Their staff has always been respectful and polite. At this time they have set up a cute outdoor eating area perfect for social distancing. Now that we live out of town, we can go as often but still make the effort to drive past and stash up on their taco platters (and shakes!)

Is this really a King Taco or they using a big name to sell. The asada is over spiced with black pepper, the nachos smells of sweaty cows and the salsa is the worst of any Mexican restaurant. I did not eat the food.

Food is delicious. Service is a little slow but worth the wait. All orders made fresh and they have a variety of condiments for you to freely choose from. Tacos are good and so are their shrimp cocktails.
