Always the best.. always nice. Doesn’t give food out to wrong customer and then try to give to correct customer with order correct. Tea is good! Fast!! I pass a couple McDonald’s before this one leavin my house and worth the extra gas and time when u want McDonald’s!!

I can’t believe I’m writing a positive review for McDonalds. The ownership of this location has recently changed hands and they are making customers a priority again. I have an 11 yo who loves McDonalds as a treat. We do not eat out very often so its a big deal to him when he gets his Mickey D’s fix. My wife and I always hate going because all McDonalds seem like a shell of what they once were. We were so surprised when visiting the Spillway location for the first time since the new ownership. We were greeted when we walked in the door and were immediately asked if we could be helped with our order instead of being directed to the kiosk. Service was quick. Not sure how fast, but under 5 mins in and out and in that time we were asked if we had been helped or needed something else no less than four times. 5 star for the service, four stars for the food (it is still McDonalds) and 4 stars for atmosphere. The restaurant was clean, but the McDonalds atmosphere is no longer bright and fun like it was back in the 80s and 90s. Instead they all feel cold and gray w/o personality. This of course is not the fault of the owners. They actually even had the windows decorated a bit more than a normal McDonalds. The main takeaway, if you go to a McDonalds in the Flowood area, go to the Spillway location.

A few weeks ago, my order was messed up, which was definitely frustrating at first. However, I want to highlight how amazingly the situation was handled afterward. The manager, Ms. Betty, truly went above and beyond to help me and make things right. She was attentive, kind, and made sure the issue was fully corrected. Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled matters—and Ms. Betty handled it exceptionally well. Because of her, I’m happy to give this place another chance.

This is the second time I have gotten a pink burger and the fries are hard. They have reheated old fries. Horrible McDonald’s. Service is horrible. I have tried to call up there there three times to complain no one will answer the phone. I left a message for someone to call me back. For over two weeks they have had no ketchup and the workers are rude. This McDonald’s needs to close down immediately. They are getting people sick serving half done burgers. I will be reporting this to better business bureau today

There should be no reason why a restaurant should be have the lobby closed at 5:00pm and me and my family were rudely told that they wouldn’t be taking our food and the Brandon location in Mississippi just lost a loyalty customer

The manager Mr. Quinton is running an outstanding team and gives great customer service. First time I’ve been to a McDonalds in the last couple of years because of how bad the experience had gotten but this young man’s customer service will make sure I come back to this location
