Absolutely AMAZING food and atmosphere! Everyone was super friendly. Kevin on the grill, food was absolutely FANTASTIC! I had their spicy mother clucker with their house chips! Mmwahhh! Delish, perfectly seasoned and the crunch, YUMMM!! Clucking DELISH!!
Hubs had the Better Burger with their beer battered fries and it was the better burger to say the least. Fries were so delicious as well.

Absolutely delicious food, super impressed. I got the Cuban sandwich and loaded fries, and it was SOOOO tasty. They have pretty solid portions for the price and the people are nice. Just wish I wasn’t so far away, I found myself nearby and am happy I decided to stop by this place!

Personally, I got an order of fried pickles which were very flavorful. The ranch is INCREDIBLE!! I love it!! I also got a cheeseburger and fries. The fries are nice & crispy with some nice seasoning. The burger was juicy and flavorful. The pickles they use for the burgers are thick and juicy and perfect on the burger.
The chips & queso come with homemade potato chips and ohhhh my god. Sooooo good! Try it!
10/10 if you are anywhere near the area, check this place out! Even if you aren’t that close, make the trip, worth it.

I have been coming to Fat bottom for over a year and it has always been my go to for excellent eats. The owner is the kindest man who makes you feel like family and has a true passion for culinary arts. His chefs do an excellent job of keeping his reputation intact as one of the best spots in the Hill Country. There is nothing on the menu that won’t amaze you and leave you wanting more. I am glad to see them expand and reach more people. This is the best food in Blanco and a hidden gem. Don’t hesitate to support this business. I guarantee you will not regret it.

We camp at Blanco State Park on a regular basis. Fat Bottom Grill made us dinner to go. OMG was it excellent. Big Hamburger for me and Texas Cheesesteak for my wife. Will definitely be back next time in Blanco. Not far from Park. Loved it!!!! It’s a food truck but they have it down! Don’t miss a chance to enjoy. Pickle Spears and loaded tots were awesome. Try them both
