Very nice people and service was kind and fast. Unfortunately I had to knock off a star as they did not include my toddlers chocolate milk.

Ordered online, and order was ready on time. Portions were very good, food was warm and everything was correct. Seems like a simple task but not in today’s world. Employees were very friendly, sharp, focused on working and NOT on their phones, shuffling the feet, or their friends. Good job at this particular Arby’s. Steak bites were good. But more like burnt brisket ends, not “steak”. Not exactly what I was expecting but still good!

Very rare I give a 5 star review. Troy the GM was awesome at the counter, referred to me by my name, made me feel appreciated just for being a customer and made sure my food was ready before I even finished paying for it!! Seriously incredible service, place was spotless too. Will be back, and I don’t even care for Arby’s lol.
