Ordered a sonic trick or treat blast with extra candy got home and started to eat it and there’s one peice of an Oreo and that’s it no candy what so ever someone did this on purpose because I asked for extra and they thought it’d be funny I guess to put none in it they’re no way someone made this and thought yea that’s a trick or treat blast ridiculous im so disappointed

Is it too much to ask that your food is fresh and hot. Burger and tots cold! I had to heat it up when I got home less than a mile away. I had to throw my tots away. Awful

The food and drink here is consistently decent. The carhops are polite and professional. If you’re on the fence about whether to stop at this Sonic based on previous experiences at other stores, I’d suggest giving this one a go. It’s a safe bet.
My only gripe is the parking lot is rather narrow at some points, making getting in and out a little bit more nerve wracking than the average Sonic. Maybe it’s my imagination, and it certainly doesn’t reflect on the quality of the food or staff.

This site, every time without fail, will always miss something in the order. Honestly I just need to stop going. Them most recent one was they forgot to give me the queso I ordered, didn’t see it until I got home so I called the store and the manager stated that he would write my name on a paper in the back so I could come back and get my 3 oz queso the next time I came, and he assured me that I wouldn’t have to pay for it. Come the next time I came, I asked for the queso and what do you know there was no paper. Ended up going in circles for several minutes until I finally just asked to speak to the manager, it is just a thing of queso yes but I didn’t want to pay for it again since they refused to refund me the first time. Finally got the okay to get the queso, they handed me a 1oz rather then the 3 oz like I had paid for. At this point I was like whatever, had to go so wasn’t going to argue for several more minutes with them. Get home, they didn’t give me any of the cheese sauce that comes with the pretzels. We ordered two pretzels. Yes these are small things, but previously we have had whole sides or burgers missing. If it were a busy time of day I would be more understanding, but there weren’t that many people here. I’ve worked in fast food, it isn’t hard to make sure all the items on the list are in the bag.

Went here to grab a bite to eat but on my SONIC app I was able to get all the way to the review screen but it would show “sorry we’re having technical difficulties” so of course I close it and try it again but to no avail. So I press the button and begin ordering everything and just ask if they can give me the half off drink as my app is showing the aforementioned issue and I have it in hand to show them and can replicate it but I was told there’s nothing they can do. There’s always something they can do but wasn’t willing to try. I know this review won’t serve much but I figure give what’s earned.
