Me and my wife stood at the walk up ordering window for 10 minutes, we were the only ones there and were ignored by the entire staff.
We decided to use the drive-through thinking we would have better luck, however there were several cars in line and no one moved at all. It was like no customers were being served at all.
Disappointed, we went to the McDonald’s a block down instead and when we came back we still saw the same cars in line at the Checkers drive-through.
I would not recommend this establishment to anybody.

Due to being understaffed after management decided to use AI to man their drive thru our order was forgotten and we had to wait 45 minutes. This is not the fault of the employees but the fault of the management who would so poorly maintain staff at their location that this could happen. We will not be returning and encourage others to do the same.

Worse place I think I been too. Was five people working and had no idea what was going on. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes then finally decided to get out and go to the walk up window. Proceeded to still wait a couple mins before anyone even helped me. Finally got helped and they didn’t know what my order was or where it was. Highly don’t recommend this place.

The food is good but they use AI for the drive thru and it cuts you off in the middle of your sentence and there’s a large chance of it not getting your order correct.
it would be better to deal with a rude/impolite employee than a machine.

Ever since they started using the Ai machine to get your order they have been insanely slow. We just went through, ordered our food, then sat in line and waited about 5-10 minutes at the window.
After someone finally opened it, the guy asked what was up with us? We said we ordered and he said he didn’t see it/it didn’t come through. Mind you, they can also hear you when you’re ordering with ai(was told by a worker). They said we would have to turn around and sit in line again. So we chose to leave at that point. This all took over 15 minutes in total.

Imagine using an AI assistant to not hire people and save money but ironically it makes me never want to go to checkers ever again. Im sure that decision wasnt out of greed and instead was because you wanted better service right? Lmao. I promise you i will never return here ever again

Services is nonexistent. Especially when the employee with the silver car is working. – It is 4:50 on October 10/15/2025. Since I don’t have employees names to call them out on their terrible customer service. You can’t take my order, fine just say something.
They just stare at you like you aren’t supposed to be ordering food. They don’t have to actually WORK and Checkers just pays them to be there & do NOTHING. You could wave at them and they will look back down at their phones.

First time experience was the worst my gf ordered and had to pick it up between 3:55pm and 4 pm ….I waited for 30 mins. Acted like didn’t know what they were doing food was cold and I didn’t even get what I ordered… and food wasn’t good well the fries that I ate smh

I love checkers food Went here between 6 and 7pm 1/17/2026 and the ai drive through was slightly confusing even me being young so I can imagine how it would be for a elderly person so I just pulled up to the window to order the young African American male was very nice and tried to help and got chewed out by his im assuming manager a young Caucasian female with braces which im sure was embarrassing for him she was also extremely rude to me the tone of her voice and telling me what I can and cannot do as I explained to her of the ai system being confusing she continued to go on being rude and slammed the window mid conversation this kind of customer service is a easy way to lose costumers and frankly if it had been the right person the way she was talking im sure it could’ve evolved into a situation where cops may have had to be called all because of her lack of customer service and overall respect for people no one including her coworker should be talked to the way she talked to me and him that day this young lady has no buisness being in any type of hospitality buisness !!!!
