I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place!!! I am a night shift worker and stop here every night before work. This staff is beyond amazing and welcoming! Eden is by far the absolute best. I don’t know her outside this place but her personality is so uplifting it makes me want to. It makes my day and night better when I stop here. The staff work so hard and never get enough credit for what they do and how hard they work. My drinks are always wonderful and so is the food. Let’s be real, coffee maybe small to others, but sometimes it’s the small things like good coffee, food, and wonderful people that can make all the difference. I hope the staff can see this and know how appreciated they are and that they are doing a great job. Especially EDEN!!!!

This store has definitely taken a turn for the better ever since their renovation. I used to avoid this location two years ago, even though it was closest, but it definitely is my favorite one now. The staff have been so welcoming and amazing. They have been so accommodating with my pumpkin spice addiction and I truly appreciate them. I don’t normally do reviews, but took the time today to shout out to the store. Can’t wait to come back next pumpkin spice season.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks on my way to work here and there since February of this year 2025, and I’ve never had any issues with anything. The food and drinks are always good, the staff is always friendly, and even times when they’re busier, the line still gets handled quickly.

Drinks are always amazing & made correctly. Ordering on the app is a game changer and I’ll never go back. Nicole was the Barista who served my drink & even with a mask on, you could tell she was smiling! So welcoming & kind. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Great parking options also.

Not sure why but server was not as friendly as I’m use to. In MD all we have to do is give your phone number but because we didn’t have the app he made us feel like we weren’t real Starbucks customers. It was my lady’s birthday and all she wanted was her birthday pumpkin latte. All I’m saying is if you need to have the app for anything to work we need to know. Now he made the latte but the energy he gave made it not a pleasant interaction. Again I thank him for making it but the confusion over giving our phone number vs the app felt real unnecessary. Clarity and communication would help big time. Just not use to this type of interaction at Starbucks again it’s not like I was at Dunkin donuts lol.

Been a customer for years. Always patient staff. This is no small step given:
let’s be honest a’ many customers nowadays, especially at Starbucks, are divas.
Staff works tirelessly balancing in house and drive through orders.
Place is kept clean including bathrooms.
Most regular customers are remembered by the staff. Regardless, all are treated fairly by the staff.
Only thing would alter- would be to moderate (or lower) volume for the music.
Also have been able to buy reusable water bottles, for hiking, there (photo attached).

This Starbucks is terrible. Make sure you check your order thoroughly – especially if you have dietary restrictions. I went to this location after it reopened to give it another opportunity and it was a huge mistake. I placed an order for a chai with Soy Milk because I don’t like coffee. I left early for work to stop on my way. They were busy so I had no issue waiting. However it was getting to the point where I was going to be late. They handed me my beverage and I left. When I was on route to work I realized that it looked different. I waited until I got to work to take a sip and it was coffee. I looked at the sticker to make sure I didn’t somehow order the wrong thing, and my sticker said chai. Yes it was frustrating but I threw it away and tried to move on. Then I went recently getting my chai and a spicy falafel pocket (vegan) I was going to save for lunch. Before leaving I checked my drink completely to make sure it was right and left. Then 5 hours later I decided to eat my lunch, I took 1 bite and instantly could taste it was wrong. They had given me the chicken jalapeño with cream cheese pocket – the problem is I’m lactose intolerant and a vegetarian. So I had to throw it away. Now I’m here with no lunch. I reached out to customer service and was even more angry. The person I spoke to, Sana S, was very rude. I would ask 1 question and she would ignore me and just say something completely different. She did that 3 times! I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she wasn’t able to. Ended our conversation and tried again. Thankfully I got someone else. They were nicer. They gave my a refund which i appreciate cause I had to throw it away. Then they gave me the same “we have sent up to the store manager” and “this will never happen again” and that’s exactly what I was told last time and it happened again. That 1 bite made me sick because I can’t have those ingredients. I have worked in the resturant customer service for 8 years and was appalled that they don’t take that seriously!

There are mistakes that are easy to overlook. Wrong milk, forgetting a sleeve, handing out the wrong bakery item etc. This is intentional thievery and this is not an okay practice.
I ordered a Venti Latte. I paid and was handed a Venti cup that immediately felt much lighter than any previous venti drink I had received from Starbucks. It prompted me to open the lid and look inside. This is what I found. Two inches of empty cup. My guess is they made a grande and didn’t want to go to the trouble to remake the drink when realizing it was supposed to be a Venti. They tried to cover up their mistake by adding a heap of whipped cream (there was still half an inch of space from the cup of the lip to the top of the cream). Shameful practice on this Starbucks. This is the picture I took after pulling out of the drive through. Is this what the manager allows? Is it okay to deceive people into paying more for less? I am owed. I hope someone sees this and resolves this matter promptly.

I give it low marks because the music is too loud. You can’t comfortably sit there and relax. The counter person got my daughter’s order incorrect since he couldn’t hear what she said.
