We have stopped on several occasions at the Antigo WI location and have always had a great experience. The staff has been friendly and professional. The place is immaculate. The food is absolutely fantastic. We have tried several of the varied options and each one we’ve tried is absolutely fabulous. Really like the way the bread/bun is done – including the center piece placed on top and of course the dill pickle. Yum! Our favorite sandwich shop.

Love the food, but sometimes I can’t leave work for lunch and depend on delivery. I usually only have cash and some days their delivery offers cash when delivered and some days they don’t. They’d get more orders from me if it was consistently offered.

Love the franchise and the food here is no different, but if you order delivery prepare to be missing items from your order, if they even remember to deliver it, had to cancel one order after they said 45 minutes and I waited an hour and a half. The only answers they could give me was that “The driver isn’t here, so it might be out already.” Today we ordered 3 subs and 3 cups of soup, we got 3 subs and 1 cup of soup. Called the restaurant and they told me they would send the driver back with the other 2 soups. That was over an hour ago, he never came back.

What a waste of money. Paid $10 for a sandwich the size of my pinky finger, the ingredients were wrong, and the chicken tasted like it came out of a can. Super disappointed. Won’t ever return. Ever.

This was my first experience with Erbert and Gerberts. Ordered a sub, bread was fresh and soft, ingredients tasted very good, not quite as big as the competitors. Definitely less expensive though.

We went for the first time and got the “Neurons” they had us come behind the counter to get our own drinks and the food was so greasy on the drive home it soaked through the 2 layers of wrapping and the outer bag. The food immediately became a heavy greasy ball in my stomach and in my partner’s as well. In short we got tummy aches and getting to go where only employees belong.

I am a frequent online order customer… countless times they have forgotten sauce I have asked for in the “special instructions”. Please teach your employees to read those notes. It is not my job to have to check for sauces every time I order.

Two subs a soup a Mac and cheese, and a pickle. Almost 40 bucks. My sub was so cold, the cheese didn’t even melt. The soup tasted like it came out of a bag, and they forgot to give us our soups the first time around, so we had to go back. The only redeeming thing I will get from there ever again are the deli pickles! Those things are amazing!
