Came here tonight and enjoyed some of the best Sonic I had in months. Excellent quality on our meals and Tyler was very attentive and. Customer oriented!!!! Over all the food was already good here with hardly ever a mess up for us personally. Over the last 2 months the quality has exceeled expectations as well as the experience as a whole as far as Sonic goes this is my go to Sonic and you should make it yours!!!!

Decided to stop by this Sonic on half price burger day and ordered a few burgers with no ketchup or mayonnaise because my wife is allergic to mayonnaise and this place didn’t care, they proceeded to give us mayonnaise anyways and it ended up sending my wife to the ER room. This is inexcusable behavior and we will not tolerate it. 1/5 and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I have ordered several meals/sandwiches with drinks and some with fries over the years..
But the meal of a steak sandwich with fries and a large Dr. Pepper that I received this afternoon from this this Sonic location was definitely not what I expected. Over half of the sandwich including the tomatoes were definitely not what I expected. The sandwich was Horrible…and at least 85 to 90% that sandwich is definitely going straight out to the trash can because I can’t stand to even have it sitting inside my kitchen!

These people are either lazy or incompetent. The same screens have been broken for months and they REFUSE to put cones in front of those parking spaces. I’ve asked the carhops why they don’t put the cones that are plainly visible in front of the spots and explained that, as the customer, it makes me feel like an idiot when i have to move 1 or more times because they can’t do their jobs. They said they’ll mention it to the manager. Yet, here i am leaving a 1 star review because customers are not their priority. I live right behind this Sonic, but I think I’ll just go to the one on 119th and May from now on.
