The customer service at this spot was excellent. The location houses two different restaurants. Hook and Reel on the upper level and a buffet-style option on the lower level.
The waitstaff was friendly and well-informed about the menu. I went with a simple meal of French fries and chicken wings. The wings were slightly pink inside, but the French fries were some of the best I’ve ever had. My family ordered seafood, and as avid seafood lovers, they were thrilled with their meals.
If I’m ever in the area again, I’d definitely return to this location.

The fact that its two restaurants in one is offputting. I feel they prioritize the downstairs hotpot more than the hook and reel. The food was meh, i didnt even attempt to order seafood bc of the reviews so i ordered fried food to be on the safe side. It was freeeeeeeeeeezimg cold up on the top floor was eating my food through chattering teeth even the worker had hoodies on. My date ordered a rum punch it was horrible. My virgin daiquiri was soo good! Also my date only got like 6 little shrimp in comparison to my humongous chicken wings. Started eating of my plate bc their portion was so small for $18

I dont like when my food is too salty, so I ordered mine dry with old bay seasoning on the side. I liked how I was able to dip it so it wouldn’t be too salty for me. I ordered snow crabs, dungeness crab and shrimp (head-on). Portions didnt look big, but was more than enough and was super filling. I enjoyed the corn and potato very much along with the old bay seasoning. Just a sprinkle was enough flavor for me. The shrimp were like jumbo size and I probably wouldn’t order the dungeness crab again, the snow crab legs seemed to be fresher and more tender. My friend got the crayfish and she enjoyed that. If you are sensitive to salt, I would recommend getting the sauce on the side so you can dip it. I liked that was much better and I felt it wasn’t as sloppy. I enjoyed the presentation because the bags were blown up when it got to you.

Terrible experience . The elevator is out which is super inconsiderate for disabled patrons since the bathroom is upstairs and no one tells you until you ask !! . I asked to sit someone in the corner because I had a small child .. No one told me about the happy hour menu but when I asked to speak to a manager to get access to the menu he straight up refused and told me he would put me near the bar .. the tables near the bar was extremely tight and posed a safety hazard to my baby as well as the people sitting at the bar. I asked for the manager again and the guy refused again . I left without getting anything because Why am I being denied when I ask to speak to management ? .. I don’t think I will ever waste my time trying this place again just because this poor service .

I have been wanting to try this chain for quite some time since I am a fan of these kinds of restaurants. I had the opportunity to stop in today for lunch after being on the beach earlier in the day. You get a bit confused when you walk in since they share a space with another restaurant called KPot that serves Korean BBQ and Hot Pot. The hostess in the front was extremely helpful and welcoming, and my server Sam was friendly and attentive. I kept it simple for my first meal here, so I opted for the hush puppies and the crab cake basket. Both were really good and very filling where I couldn’t finish it all. I also ordered a Caribbean Pina Colada that was truly amazing. The restaurant itself is quite large and has several floors and outdoor dining. They have a pretty extensive menu and offer an all you can eat package for a reasonable price. Overall, I was happy with my experience here and will be sure to stop in again in the future.

The restaurant is up on the second floor. We had the fried shrimp, fried oysters, and chicken sliders and everything was good. Next time we’ll try the Korean BBQ downstairs which smelled great.

Let me start by saying that our waiter was fantastic. Thank you, Soda. Now let’s talk about restaurant cleanliness. In 2024, there is no reason why a restaurant restroom should look like this. Whatever the excuse is (short staff, high traffic), it’s not good enough. Do better cause this is egregiously disgusting.
