The guys making the subs where very polite and easy to talk too! Chris who made my subs was the best sub maker that I ever saw inside of subway and he was very astute when it came to making our sandwiches and engaging with the customers. The other worker, a woman was not as friendly but the other guys were fantastic! Those 4 Italians were the best in our city!

Am so disappointed with my order. I brought two 6ft long tuna sandwich on 12/18/24@18:25:49. The young man that made my sandwich was short Hispanic young man with black straight hair. I informed him that I couldn’t see the tuna n the bread, he said it was in there I just couldn’t see it. Usually the tuna is scooped up where you can actually see it. This horrible experience the tuna looked like it was spread, so close it was part of the bread. I couldn’t taste the tuna at all. I was literally eaten a vegetable sandwich. I will not give my money to this subway especially if young man is serving me. If I could get my money back I will appreciate it. Am a dissatisfied customer.

Ordered a sub by the very short Young lady (no shade) with glasses. She was acting stingy with the veggies & condiments. Like she didn’t wanna put none on my sandwich. Customer service could have been better.

The clerk was laying over the counter while responding to my questions. I tried placing an order online for the footlong deal which said it would be accepted at this location. Subway’s server was down and they would not accept it. Customer service is non-existent. Sent two messages to customer service. Heard back from owner, sorry about the experience and they do not accept online offers. I would not recommend this location.

The cashier was so rude! My husband and I came in about 30 minutes before closing, we ordered Cheese Steak Sub. While preparing our order, she put lettuce on the sub that looked brown, we told her we didn’t want that lettuce because it was brown and old, she got an attitude and told us that there wasn’t anymore lettuce that she could use because they will be closing in 30 minutes. I told her oh yes she will be getting fresh lettuce to put on our subs. She got mad and took her gloves off and told other staff to fix our sub, and thank goodness the other young lady fixed our sub with fresh lettuce. Believe it or not the rude one cut the lights off on us while we was still standing there. She was brown skin with a high annoyance pitch voice. The other young lady was very nice and had only been there about 2 weeks with great customer service skills I think her name was Anaya very pretty with long hair. I would give her 5 stars, but the other lady do not need to be there nasty attitude.

They must be under new ownership, which is better than it used to be. I had the best Subway sandwich at this location. However, after I ate it, I looked over the counter and noticed that both guys were not washing their hands when they should have. I hope I don’t get sick!

Probably the worst sandwich I’ve ever had made. I don’t know the young lady’s name but to me, she didn’t put any effort into making the sandwich. At one point while making my wife’s sandwich, she drops a couple veggies on top of the cover of the other veggies. Normally they would throw them away and get new ones. This girl grabs them and puts them on the sandwich with no regard. On the other sandwiches, she just threw the cheese on them no matter where they landed. She was just the worst.

It was the most horrible sandwich ever from there. The bread fell apart. The sandwich itself was just thrown together. The vegetables were not cut very good. . I threw half of it away. .won’t go to that one again.
