The food I received was unacceptably terrible. I also think that historically, the food at this location has generally been inconsistent and terrible. This time though, I ordered 6 cheesy bean and rice burritos. Nearly every burrito was made incorrectly. The funniest thing though, is that they were all wrong in a different way. One of them was mostly just refried beans with rice sprinkled in, and small smatterings of the nacho cheese, which isn’t even the correct cheese. It was like someone thought it would be funny to make each burrito differently and intentionally terrible. Additionally in regards to the service, I had ordered 6 of the avocado verde sauces. When I get to the window to receive my food, I’m asked “Do you want any sauces?”. I say “No thank you”, as I already ordered the sauces, and I’m quite sure the employee is the same person I spoke to on the drive-thru intercom. OF COURSE, when I receive and check my food, there is no sauce. So I wait at the window to ask about my sauce, and I’m told there was none left. I’m again offered sauce, which I reject, simply out of the dismay of not being given the sauce that makes the whole meal enjoyable for my partner and I. My biggest question after driving away is, why would you let me buy the sauces on the intercom? If you knew they were out, could you not have said so? Why didn’t you tell me they were out when I got to the window? It’s just so absurd to me.

Chalupas shells were so old and dry that they crumbled quicker than a nature valley bar. Plus, they never remember the sauce and forgot a taco on more than one visit.

I really wish this Taco Bell location would modernize a bit. They don’t seem to use the app properly and they’re the only one I’ve come across that doesn’t have the updated menu or current options available. It’s frustrating when you try to order like you would anywhere else and realize this location just isn’t up to date. Other Taco Bells have figured it out, so it’s definitely possible. Hopefully they can get with the times soon, because it makes the experience feel way behind compared to everywhere else

SERIOUSLY?! We placed an order on the app for pickup at this location. When we arrived there were only two other people there but all waiting for food. The kitchen area was buzzing with employees all busy (not sure doing what though). As we waited nearly 15 min past our scheduled time we stood there, freezing. I think they turn down the AC so that they can be cool near the fryers but the restaurant itself was like a freezer. After all that time, they finally called my number only to tell me they didn’t have any chicken breasts and they were still cooking. How do you not have fried chicken at a fried chicken restaurant? Another 10 min went by and we finally received our order….a 2 piece dinner! I have no idea why it took nearly 45 min to get us 2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit in a nearly empty restaurant. I don’t know what all of those employees were doing but they weren’t cooking chicken. No idea what’s going on in there. AVOID.

Service was slow, would have been faster to go through drive thru. No ice in the self serve soda machine. Store was more concerned about their drive thru times than people who wanted to eat in.

This is the absolute dirtiest place I have eaten in. The walls. The ceiling. The tables. Letters missing from signage. There are piles of hair and dust in all vent in dining room. Walls are covered in dust. No ice in lobby with warm soda which is weird because it’s cold outside. The tables are all dirty. Lights are broken. Art in the wall near our table literally has food spit on it. I would take pictures there are a lot people here. This is the second time I’ve been here with no change. Again I have never seen a dirtier restaurant that is still in business. I challenge anyone to show me something clean they find in this place.

I have gone to this location three times. The first two times I’ve had the rudest woman she has no interest in helping very disrespectful very short with people and the last time I went there and dealt with her she threw my food through my window. The third time I went there, I didn’t hear what the associate was asking me and I asked him to repeat himself and he yelled at me chicken or taco talking about KFC or Taco Bell I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. It was so uncomfortable.

Usually good, not sure what happened tonight. Ordered a cravings box and a Crunchwrap supreme. Drink had obviously been poured prior and tasted of melted ice with zero fizz. Taco shells on the tacos were rancid (like actually rancid), and I have never seen a Crunchwrap so skimped on the fillings as tonight. Went back to the window to give them items back and was told they can’t do refunds but could remake the food?? I told them no thanks… guess I’ll stick with the Portland location. Waste of $16

Watch the order. If you use a mobile app the order will go to Washington avenue in Portland. This Taco Bell is not even listed in their group
