This place has one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in the area. I arrived at 8:00 pm and ordered two pizzas. We sat down, and when the food arrived, one of the pizzas was not what I ordered. That wasn’t even the worst part.
What was truly disappointing is that they brought the pizzas in to-go boxes, as if they were expecting us to leave. I asked for plates so we could eat there, and they told me they DID NOT HAVE PLATES because they were about to close. It was 8:00 pm, so I asked what time they closed, and they said 9:30 pm.
That clearly means they simply didn’t want us to stay. How is it possible that a restaurant with tables and chairs—and even worse, one that asks for a tip at checkout—doesn’t have plates to eat on? Then what is the tip for? Isn’t a tip supposed to be for the service provided?
They want a tip but don’t want to provide the service. Or are they charging a tip just for handing you a pizza in a box that you already paid for?
Truly a terrible experience. We will never return.

When buying some gift cards for Christmas gifts, we received a bonus gift card that expired today. Mod just now refused to honor it saying it had “expired”. The staff could not be bothered to honor it. Apparently cards now expire before the actual expiration date. Just might be my last trip to Mod. The pizza and restaurant are usually enjoyable, but the lack of service is not worth it. There are too many other good pizza places in The Woodlands that we will enjoy more.

1. Ordered pizza for me and my wife for delivery. Total disaster!!! I Ordered the mad dog the way it comes. Was so soggy I could barely choke down a slice. Tried to reheat in the oven to crisp and it was still soggy after blackening it. 2. Ordered Mikes favorite extra crisp ,which is chicken. Pizza came unsealed and it was italian sausage with mounds of riccota cheese and jalepeno. Pizza was also soggy like you wouldn’t believe. Called the manager and at least Crystal said she was refunding the entire order. Explained she needed to see this so she can better train her staff. Her answer was “I dont give out my personal phone number” and to fill out the contact form on the corporate website. I cant believe a manager does not have a way to receive pictures in this day and age. I’ve had mod pizza in the past and it was always top knotch. First time ordering from this location. Personally I will never order from Indian Spring The Woodlands, TX again. I highly reccomend you avoid unless you like pizza undercooked pizza.

Ordered delivery, and they sent us someone else’s pizza. Fair enough, mistakes happen. But when I called the store and they said they could refund for the pizza but couldn’t have a new pizza delivered. So I guess I just am out on the delivery fee. Odd that I am not getting my order delivered and not getting a refund for the delivery. And now have no dinner.
I get mistakes happen. And that is totally ok. But you have to make them right. This store did not do that, and didn’t really seem to care. Which honestly bites.

We went in late one night after craving pizza, like 45 min before closing. The service was great! They were out of one of the toppings I ordered so Braden made a fresh batch for me to make up for it, even though they were close to closing.

I just want to start by saying that I am a big pizza fan. With that, I can say that this is by far THE best pizza I’ve had in Texas. The crust is not too thick, which I don’t like, and the there are so so so many toppings to choose from. This may be a bit exaggerated, but I always get really happy when I get to come here. The cheese and spicy topping they offer for free are not found anywhere else!! The place could have some improvements on how clean it is, but for the rest, nothing to complain about!!

I think this is the best pizza I’ve had in quite a few years. Really delicious. Unfortunately it’s a long drive from my house. Tomatoes were fresh and yummy. Sauce was perfect.

Ou Friday night tradition. Step up to the counter and order your own pizza with any ingredient you like. No matter how many toppings you choose from 1-100 the price is the same. Open kitchen with pizza oven. Hip vibe. Cool music. Conveniently located in Indian Springs shopping center. We like the Mad Dog, the Maddy, and make your own! If you order a Mega-MOD they will double the handmade crust.

I recently placed an order with MOD Pizza and my wife went to pick it up. There was a mistake with the order, but the team immediately showed that they cared about making things right. They took the time to fix the issue quickly and made sure we left satisfied. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way they handled it really stood out. Great customer service and genuine effort to make sure we were happy with our meal. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Love MOD pizza for a large variety of options with your brick oven pizza. Lots of options for gluten free and dairy free if you need that.
