My 4 sisters and I decided to try a new place for our monthly brunch. So, my sister Sara suggested Madhouse Grill. And we were NOT disappointed! The wait staff was absolutely amazing! They had no issue with us having to wait for our final guest to arrive. They promptly brought us out menus and our drinks. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very homey and comfortable. The food was beyond delicious and fresh! Everything about our first experience was phenomenal! We will absolutely be back again!

Staff was a bit indifferent. The food was good. My husband ordered a hamburger steak well done. He literally said, “Burn it up. I want it done through and through.” It came to the table pink inside. We finally got the waitress’ attention and sent it back, but I was done with my meal before it came back out – so we had to take it to go. They did comp the meal, which we appreciated.

Ordered food. Requested water 3 times it was never received. Watched table after table who were seated after us receive their food. Eat and leave. Waited 1.5 hours for food and restaurant was not busy. When food finally arrived it was cold and burnt. Would not recommend.

Usually love this place but came in today and whomever served my family and I brought over everyone else’s food then “forgot” my meal for 15 minutes under the heat lamp. She kept chatting with other customers and never checked on the table until the cook said something. And then she made comments like “idk where it goes and maybe I will just box it and bring it home” SERIOUSLY…..look at the tables and orders…….NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL……it will be a while before I patronize this place again. Boxed it up and took it home because I an totally turned off by the horrible service. Really heat lamp on pot roast for 15 minutes………

We went atving and found this little place off the trails and from the outside we were a little hesitant but went in anyways. When I opened the door and saw the inside I was pleasantly surprised!! It was so homey and the food was sooo good!!! Everything was good the food, the service, the atmosphere, EVERYTHING!! We loved our waitress (Cheyenne) she was such an amazing waitress with an even better personality. We would highly recommend eating here and we can’t wait to go back

First time ive ever been there. The staff was exellent the atmosphere inviting/homey and the meals were quickly prepared. Abreakfast omlet loaded and would recommend and a grilled Reuben that was amazing .thank you.will be back again
