Disappointed in the $40 in slop I received tonight from delivery. Supposed to be well done and the crust was falling apart undercooked. Delivery driver didn’t put the hot pizza in a delivery bag so I am under the impression the temperature change really affected the outcome of the pie. Soup was all broth.

My mother and daughter entered the restaurant with the intention of dining in and waited approximately 5-10 minutes before being acknowledged by a staff member. When we were finally greeted, the employee was not welcoming and informed us that reservations were required due to the previously scheduled parties for the day.
My mother politely asked if there was any possibility that they could still be accommodated however, the staff member stated that only guests with reservations would be served. Additionally, there was no visible sign posted near the entrance indicating that reservations were mandatory, which made the interaction more confusing and disappointing.

My server Joey was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. He was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and went above and beyond to make the whole experience enjoyable. The food was absolutely fantastic too!! Will definitely be back!!

I frequent this restaurant all the time for carry out. It is my son’s favorite pizza. I went into the Mt. Greenwood the past Wednesday afternoon. I elected to sit at the bar because I was alone. No one said anything to me. The bar back went behind the bar twice to do something and no one said a word to me. I sat there for approximately 10 minutes. There was another party dining at the bar when I arrived. After 10 minutes, I gathered my things and left. I am very disappointed because I frequent this business but maybe I wont in the future.

Ava is a model employee. There are no words to describe her attentiveness and patience. She very knowledgeable with the menu and a great asset to your establishment. She has a warm, welcoming and extremely kind. I pray God continually blesses her.

Absolutely horrible I ordered the fish combo and received a piece of fish the size of my finger. The breading was half cooked and falling off. The Italian fries were so soggy and tasted like grease. The chicken Alfredo was tasteless and the woman I spoke to on the phone when I called about the food hung up on me after I agreed to have the food replaced. I will be going tomorrow to speak with someone regarding the service and the disrespectful treatment I received when I called to complain about the food. Also the mac and cheese was dry as a bone. The manager tried to tell me it was the containers, but there is no way a piece of fish could shrink to the size of my finger. Also undercooked it looked like they just rolled it in breading and sent it out. I do have to say the pizza was good. Sorry I forgot to add that the cream of chicken soup was like water and tasteless.

OMG this is the worst service ever .. the waiter came over after like 10 minutes after we seated. He didn’t bring any menus and he ask if we are ready to order . I told him to please bring the drink menus at least , he came back with menus an trow it in the table . Again he left and come back latter We order drinks and calamari , the appetizer come to the table we still have no drinks , the bar tender was just talking with everyone but she never started our drinks . I ask him if our drinks are coming soon . I told him looks like she haven’t even started them . He’s response was she definitely not , he left again and I have to get up and ask for plates napkins and hot sauce.. he left again . At this point we where very upset all ready we decide to pay for the appetizers and leave , I ask to speak not the manager he came with h our bill and we left .. but this guy didn’t even care at all absolute frustration

Ordered a 14” extra thin crust pizza. What I got was a burnt nasty pizza! When I called to tell them that I’ll bring the pizza back and would like my money back because I cannot eat it. The cheese pepperoni everything is burnt, he tried telling me well did you read the description it says it stays in the oven longer to get extra crispy. I told him the extra crispy is fine but it being beyond burnt isn’t okay. He told me well you can bring it up and I can look at it but I can’t guarantee a refund if it’s the way we cook it. So I didn’t even waste my time driving all the way back because I could tell he didn’t want to refund me and I checked online again and they might want to fix it because nowhere does it say in the menu you order from online under Nicky’s pizza that it’s cooked longer. It says extra crispy with light cheese and ingredients!! I tried to eat a piece but it was absolutely nasty my dogs wouldn’t even eat it. $27 down the drain. Horrible food, horrible customer service.
