I’m beyond shocked how a fast food establishment can be THIS bad, but this Wendy’s shocks me every time I try them again. The New AI ordering system makes talking to telemarketers seem pleasant, and the accuracy is abysmal. It seems like once you make it through this system you still have a 50/50 chance of getting your order right here, and the only way to remedy it is to drive back to the restaurant. I keep trying to give them another chance, but I think tonight is my last attempt, I’m sick of throwing my money away.

.57 cents for ketchup when you order fries is Robert. Wendy’s is insane to think a medium fry with sauce is 4.25. . Absolute trash of a location. the new AI ordering kiosk is painful. They don’t disclose on the ordering board that they charge you for any sauce. 12 dollar meal didn’t include a single sauce.

This was a rough go. They messed the frostys up, we asked for a brownie batter and an oreo with brownie and got two of the exact same thing and when confronted they claimed they were the same and didnt want to remake anything. The food was mediocre, with the nuggets tasting rubbery and gross and the hair in food totally ruined it. With 2 meals with fries, and a 10 piece nuggets we got 2 sauces, and they wanted to charge for more sauce. Im not asking to empty their register, but another couple of sauces would have been nice. Probably won’t be coming back here again.

Chalk this place up to another major fast food joint that seems to not want you to be dealt with in any fashion.
In spite of having a literal human being at the front counter to assist, the store demands most who can pay using the kiosk to do exactly that. So unless you’re of a particular age, they simply don’t wanna talk to you or assist in any real way.
Honestly, by this point we should all start promoting more small businesses if treatment like this persists.

My rating is for inattentive service. I ordered a chicken burger. When I ordered it, I asked that they not put bacon in it. They said – of course . When I got home, there was bacon in it. I don’t eat bacon. Even when it’s just sitting there, I don’t eat food that comes into contact with bacon. So I never got to try the burger, it went in the trash.
