Just left and got back to my hotel. I’m going to take a bite of my burger and I get about four bites into it 5×10 to it as if the burgers are not as big as they used to be and buy right into a pile of raw meat. It appears that there was three patties Frozen together. They just got thrown with some cheese and put on a bun. Not even cooked all the way that’s How people get sick?

On January 13 at 8:30, I had an issue while picking up a delivery from your restaurant. At first, the staff member told me the customer called to cancel the order, which I understood. However, when I asked to take the order as usual, she suddenly claimed it wasn’t in the system. This inconsistency caused confusion and disrupted my workflow. I hope you can look into this to ensure smoother service in the future. Thank you for your understanding.”

Currently as of March 2nd 2026 over half of there employees have the flu and are being made to go to work or else they are being threatened to loose their jobs. Definitely wouldn’t eat here if you want to be able to do anything the next day! They have horrible management and I would NEVER order anything from this sonic.

The lady on the switch board cut us off and placed our order without even making sure it was correct. The fries were skimpy. There was only about a medium at best with little cheese and I paid nearly $5 for them. The mozzarella sticks were hard so my fiance wasn’t able to finish them. Overall not the best sonic I have ever had. I likely won’t return to this particular store.

I eat here probably more than I care to admit and up until about 2 months ago, everything has been great. 5 whole stars. Now? I have been jipped on about every order I’ve put in. Don’t even think about putting bacon on your burger because I either get 2 tiny strips or none at all. When brought up staff was helpful and fixed the issue. Just look at his photo lol. That was all the bacon I got.

I went im for a morning drink whih normally is like 1.29 somthing like that after tax he tried charging full price i asked about the morning price and he said ya we are suposed to charge 99 cents but we not doing that today so its 2.93..

38 minutes before closing. My boyfriend and I went for food because we haven’t had a chance to eat and they were the only choice in Galena. We order a footlong coney and a normal coney. Both hotdogs are OVER cooked, bread felt stale and not much chili ( which was cold ) or cheese. I understand it was close to closing but you should still make the food as fresh as mid-day.

The people there cannot listen to an order and they constantly get it wrong such as I ordered a garlic burger and they gave me a completely different order then told me i never ordered a garlic burger. They used to be good but not anymore
