I paid for the more for 9.99 pepperoni pizza and crazy puff combo plus a pretzel pizza, the associate was there alone and when I arrived 20 mins after placing the order he said he would begin cooking it and it would take 30 minutes and they were out of crazy dough so i opted for two pepperonis instead, I accepted that and waited outside in my car. When it notified me the order was ready I went in and got it and didn’t think to verify my order there because he made no mention of anything off so I went home. He emptied out the hot box and didn’t cook a single pizza, because I received two old cheese pizzas way past an hour old atleast and one pepperoni that was maybe 30 mins old but still I ordered and paid for that pretzel pizza ontop the 9.99 deal so I didn’t get a single item I ordered and had to throw out 30 dollars of food and go buy dinner from another establishment with more scheduled workers on location that were able to actually cook food and not just hand out stuff they should’ve thrown out long ago. My first job was Little Ceasars , I have always supported the company as a customer before that and I know what a pizza looks like at 30 mins and the fact the workers don’t even mark their boxes to tell time gives away the fact they don’t care they will serve old food to anyone. It used to be 30 mins MAXIMUM in the hot box.

This is the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. They are slow, push food out slow and talk down on costumers, the manager needs to be fired. The entire staff needs to be let go. I waited for an hour, hoping that at least the food would look good and be worth it, but instead it was poorly made I mean extremely bad. Look at the pics!

Nathan did very well under pressure despite still training staff, and our order being typed in wrong. He made things right and kept us laughing and smiling with his bubbly personality while they remade our order. The staff did really well despite them all being teenagers and in training. Our pizza was got n’ fresh and we will come again. =)

Just called at 11:20pm to order a pepperoni pizza and the guy that answered the phone stated they close at 12pm and no longer are taking orders over the phone and that I must come in. I was right down the street so I drove there and my wife went in at 11:25pm. Mind you still 35 minutes from closing. The same guy tells my wife the pizza will take 30 minutes to make. She tells him that will be fine. He then says they are no longer taking orders because they are trying to close. So my question is simple, do you close at 12pm or 11pm? Honestly if the guy does not want to work there then quit.

I wouldn’t even give one star on any of it! If there were hot and readys ready they are most always old dried out pizza. That’s on a good day. I’ve walked n for lunch every for about a week and luckily they were empty I really hate buying a crappy pizza. I mean I worked at a pizza place making pizza. IT ISN’T DIFFICULT!

This location sucks. This is the worst location I have ever been to. It’s never Hot N Ready here. It’s Cold N Waiting. I just left from this location and the way they cut my pizzas was terrible and the service was even worse. Don’t even get me started on the long wait. I am officially done with this location. Please just shut this location down. It’s giving the franchise a bad look.

Every single time I’ve ordered, there’s always been quality issues (not cooked right, crust over the top, incorrect items, etc).
I decided to give one last chance… We found a hair strand in one of the crazy breads after someone ate it and then had to spit it out. Who in the world knows what else contamination goes on here and gets put in this food!!
Do not go here!!! Stay away!!!! Gross

The manager in the video was extremely rude. It made sense in her brain to make 250 pizzas for one person before she would serve a hot and ready to a single customer every single time you come in here no matter what time or day it is if she’s working, you cannot get a pizza, she yells at her employees she yells at her customers and then this video she was threatening me telling me she was going to call the police on me and I needed to cancel the DoorDash order because I told a customer to go to Domino’s that they would get him a pizza because she told him she would not sell him a hot and ready because she would add him to a 2+ hour queue and so she wasn’t even taking orders

This location always has the worst service. Employees are rude, they never have any “Hot and Ready” pizzas. I have watched them play on their cellphones then make pizza without gloves or washing their hands. Saw them drop the pizza cutter on the floor, pick it up and just rinse it in their hand washing sink. Customers are actively turned away due to them having “hour long” waits. Scheduling 2 employees on a Friday night is absolutely poor management. I really hope it finds good help soon!

Everything was horrible. Pizza was not cooked all the way, . missing toppings and looked like my 2year old made it. Not to mention it tasted like crap. They forgot to send everything I ordered and paid for. The bread sticks were undercooked also. I def will not be eating here again.
