If you’re from New York and miss authentic Sicilian pizza, this is the place. Superb! Everything is good, but this is hands down the best Sicilian pie in the entire state. Moved out of the area, but would travel just for the Sicilian. Thick, but light and airy in the middle, dark and crispy around the edges, delicious sauce, perfect amount of cheese. You don’t leave 1/4″ of the crust. Eat every morsel!

It’s been a while since I’ve had their pizza but when I did I never went back. The crust was absolutely caked with cornmeal and a frozen Paul Newman pizza would’ve been more satisfying and cheaper! Pretty horrible pie especially considering how many options there are in Monroe, you can drive 10 feet and get a better pizza down the street.

Was working in Monroe today, and looking for a slice of pizza. Came upon Lia’s, and was at first dismayed that they were not serving slices. But they got creative during this new normal and now offer a “personal pizza” “in about 5 minutes.” Took a chance. Winner! The 10” pie was fresh, delicious, and way better than any reheated slice! Generous cheese and sauce, and great price! It was enough to satisfy 2 (tho I could easily have eaten the whole thing myself) Will def be going back many times while we are in town for this job

We recently had some family & friends over and ordered from the catering menu and a few pizza pie’s and we were not disappointed!!! Wow! They say “it’s all in the sauce”!! Delish!!

I”ve been coming here since 1998. Lia’s has the best Pizza in Monroe/Shelton/Trumbull area. The stuffed breads are amazing and the dinners are excellent. They are always consistent and the staff is always friendly.

Not being from around this area I was hesitant to try a pizza place in a shopping mall. Very Glad I did! I currently work in the area and have now ordered a dozen or so times and have never been disappointed. If you get the chance give them a shot! Also if you don’t see what you want on the menu just ask, very accommodating!

Been coming here for over 10 years and leaves me speechless every time. Constant reminder just how great the food is. Taste as if it was made right out of Italy. Service is also always on point, friendly every single time. Can’t wait to eat there again.
