CHECK YOUR FOOD !!!!! At this restaurant, it’s a chance your orders made incorrectly , the food is not fresh or it may have hair in it ! There is no customer service number and the email that they give you to reach out to someone regarding your order is absolutely useless!

I used to love Qdoba, but it has gone so far down hill. It’s gotten more expensive, they skimp on toppings, and overall it’s just more bland. I ordered a side of chips, it cost $6, and it was almost laughable the portion I was given. Will not be returning, chipotle clears these frauds. 0/10.

Every table was dirty. The napkin dispensers were empty. I asked for queso on top of my food, and the girl went and got new queso brought them out and then stood there for 10 minutes, scraping out the old burnt on queso and dumping it into the new queso before even filling my order!! Then I got the old dried queso in my food. The whole restaurant is derby and disgusting. Doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in weeks.

We came in just now 3/9 @ 2:20. It was great! The workers were polite. Our bowls were delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh and clean. The rice had a wonderful lime taste. 10/10 and this is the qdoba closest to our house. I’m very pleased with it, we stopped going to the chipotle down the street bc they burn their chicken.

This Qdoba gets really busy at lunch and the lines can get long because the restaurant is a bit smaller than some. The parking lot can be a bit congested around peak hours. (If you’re going to dine in, please come at non peak times!)
That being said, their food has always been great and the value is great too ! Overall Qdoba is a great option to cure that Mexican Food craving

Would give it one star if I could. I did a pickup order that they didn’t even start making till 10 min after the scheduled pickup time. I was standing in the restaurant waiting and watching. The was one young man preparing orders for walk ins, a girl at the register, and two working on the grills. There was another young kid who was standing around looking lost the entire time not really helping anyone. Eventually he started working on the pickup orders which, for us, took nearly 15 minutes to prepare only 2 simple entrees. After checking my order which was missing an item, informed it was out after asking, the tacos looked like trash and we’re just thrown together and the chicken on the quesadilla tasted horribly burnt. I have lost a lot of respect for qudoba over the last couple years but now I will never return.
