With pits fired up daily at all of our locations, we get up early to hickory-smoke all of your favorites, and our ribs are then chargrilled for extra flavor. We feature a homemade BBQ sauce, made from our own secret recipe, fries and okra cooked to order, fresh salads with homemade dressings, giant loaded baked potatoes and the best home-baked bread you’ll ever taste. I ordered a xl family pack with brisket and sausage, bbq pinto beans & coleslaw. And I added two slaps of ribs and two order green beans and a family size peach cobbler. Total cost $195.28
The ribs and the coleslaw taste good.
The brisket, tho tender, seriously lacked flavor.
The sausage lacked both flavor and smoke. The beans were inedible, one of the worst l’ve ever had. The peach cobbler tasted well, but it was barely any peaches. The green beans taste like they were dumped from the can and just boiled. This was a very expensive meal, and we feel like we wasted our money. We were very disappointed. I seriously doubt we will ever back.

First time here today for a school fundraiser which was awesome! So nice to give back to local schools.
The food was great! My very favorite was the fried okra! It’s worth the trip itself. The brisket & chicken were moist and delicious as well.
So nice that they walk around offering additional free rolls! For parents of little kids that live on bread it’s great!
Hands down favorite…. Peach cobbler with Blue Bell Ice cream!! You can’t go wrong!

Normally the food is good here. Not today, First they lost our order we called in, had to wait for 15 minutes in the line I was trying to avoid by calling it in. They it was not the same as eating there, not to their higher standards I know they have. Maybe because it was Sunday.

The taste and service of the store in this (Katy) location are the worst, no wonder there’s no one on Saturday. We like Sugarland location, the taste is much better，the service is also more enthusiastic . The bread doesn’t seem fully cooked.

This location is extremely slow for a reason. I stopped by after a meeting at 12:00 pm for lunch. The restaurant only had a few customers. All of the meat looked as if it was the “Leftover” peices. The brisket was all fat and no bark. Barbecue is not cheap and it all looked terrible. My associate asked about the brisket and requested another for some bark and not just fat. The gentlemen serving went to the back slapping his tongs on the metal door to the kitchen as if he was annoyed. Terrible customer service. I originally wanted smoked Turkey but it looked terrible. Like an old dried up cheap turkey you buy at the store. I was forced to get the brisket because atleast I saw that come out fresh. The bread was hard and cold as if it had been sitting out for a while. Never again.

I love this barbecue spot. Everything was amazing. I ordered the 3 meat plate with black pepper sausage, pulled pork and ribs. I asked for an extra barbecue sauce, baked beans and corn. There was someone baking fresh bread that kept refilling our plates. I was ready to profess my love to her cause the bread was that good.
Everything was spectacular. Looking forward to coming back.

The food was good and the atmosphere pleasant, but unfortunately the service made my wife and me feel a bit unwelcome. There was little eye contact or interaction, which affected our overall experience. We hope this can improve, but sadly we don’t see ourselves returning.

This is a traditional barbecue restaurant, family atmosphere. Barbecue ribs and meat are excellent. They offer different plates combinations and sides like bean, potato salad, etc. The design and organization of the space is very original because of the beer service at one side and ice cream at the other side. Excellent atmosphere and attention. The prices are medium. They give free fresh made hot yeast rolls simplely delicious!.

The young man cut us some baby back ribs from the end of the ribs, the smallest 3 pieces on the entire rib, then slides the brisket like he was saving it for someone more worthy 🙁 when I asked him to cut us from the center of the ribs he gave me this look of dissatisfaction, like I ruined his day. Apart from that the food was AWESOME, we got fresh hot buns and the lady at the cashier didn’t charge us for our 10 Year olds soda! The ambience was super , the decoration authentic and even the toilets were clean and well decorated! We will definitely go again and will recommend it to everyone I know! I already have!
