Long story short this is the only franchise that always mess up on your order no matter what you order. Once the manager made me an ice cream cone with no gloves on. Young female always near drive thru or at drive thru have an serious attitude problem. But loves the sweet tea. And $1 drinks

I’ve cream melted….ALWAYS.. cannot get ice cream in a cone and even in a cup it’s thinner than a milkshake.. Slow, disorganized, unfriendly service.. The customer is made to feel like the “enemy”… Crowded mess at the order placement AND pick up counter.. Hard to tell who is in line for what!?!? (Ordering kiosks would probably help here!!) No any size drink for $1 at this location.. however with the transient/homeless/panhandling population that populate the transit center, constantly loitering at McDonald’s i can understand why This is not economically feasible.. While i sympathize with some of the aforementioned – the SAME faces are there EVERY SINGLE DAY and i hear the SAME CONFRONTATIONS EVERY SINGLE DAY with quite a few of them… I can understand how this can be frustrating and demoralizing to employees and customers alike…I’m CONSTANTLY being asked for money and cigarettes – MULTIPLE TIMES EVERY SINGLE DAY… This location lies within a major transit hub and stands to rake in a killing but is extremely disorganized, slow and SLOPPY.. almost a tie for BAD quality with the location on Cass Street.. Cass street recently installed kiosks which may increase speed of service once the employees understand how to properly service patrons as intended with the automated order system.. (Proper training would help – I’m guessing that had not happened based on what I’ve experienced since the improvements were installed) both of these locations could take some lessons from the VERY WELL RUN locations on s. Broad st in Hamilton and Chambers St at Hamilton Ave

Same old same old, lines are long a it confusing order line and pick up.
The staff are just going to the motions, not sure but I believe the city worker are now paid $15/hr and meal deals add up to more than $10+ per order .
We know the food it’s a staple bad service not acceptable.

Reasonable prices and quick service. Fair food. Haven’t had a hamburger here in many years – they’re like soft leather swimming in condiments. Chicken and breakfast foods are OK and quick.

Service at this location is not that great. Slow at best and they don’t pay attention to detail. Then you have the derelict element hanging out while you wait for your food and your train. They need to improve

Customer service is great. The cashier informed me of a deal on the chicken nuggets and saved me $2 off my meal. The service was super fast too. I would definitely recommend this location based off this visit.

It has it’s ups and downs. Not the best, not the worst. They do their best to get rid of the panhandlers that sit in there begging for money. I understand homeless have it rough but I’ve lived in Trenton for 4 years and there are plenty of programs, churches and shelters that help these people out. And nobody wants someone in dirty clothes and bad hygiene hovering over them while they’re eating.

Typical McDonald’s; located inside Trenton Transit Center. Their food is fresher than some others that I’ve been in. They don’t run out of menu items, either. I stop in when passing through Trenton. The staff understands the word “fast” in fast food. All have been very friendly. The place has always been clean, too. Sometimes, there have been transients outside. They are not intrusive or threatening, just hungry, maybe. If you can, buy someone a sandwich. There is plenty of policing for a small area.

10/18/1017. Update to my previous review. I decided to try here again since there’s not many good places in town. My meal was ready in less than a minute, and the the fries were perfect. They even chased out the addicts this time.

August, 2017. Slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. It takes them 10 minutes to put together an egg mcmuffin. Every time I’ve gone their mcflurry machine was “out of service”. It’s also not a pleasant atmosphere since they allow all the drug addicts to hang around the main entrance.

Fast service in and out. But because of CoVid 19 they close the restaurant for sanitation.
