Staff was extremely kind! It was super busy this morning (and I suspect most mornings) so I opted to go in rather than waiting in the drive thru. Had a good experience. I know how hectic it can be working in a busy environment and I appreciate that the staff still chose to be kind, especially with how rough things can be. Definitely will be back in the future. As for the food, they’ve got a good selection and I tried the new chai latte and it was great. Quite spicy, in a good way! Prices aren’t too bad but a little on the higher side, however everything I’ve tried here has been good.

I can unfortunately no longer keep going to this location. While the staff is friendly and the service is quick, as of late, the espresso drinks are consistently being made incorrectly. Despite ordering a large latte, which should have 3 shots of espresso, the drinks come out looking and tasting completely of milk. It seems staff are putting the same amount of espresso (1 shot) regardless of the size. Super bummer because I used to love going here for my midday boost.

Absolute BEST location I’ve been to! I have a 30 minute commute to work and the saline location is on my way. I’ve stopped in just about every day for the past few years. The staff is wonderful! I consider them friends at this point. There’s a reason they have so many “regulars” including myself.

Drive thru lane was wrapped around the building, down the street, and around the street corner! The people inside are rude and do NOT listen. In Florida, my dunkin order is 4 cream, 3 caramel, and 1 sugar. The workers refuse to do as instructed. I get a FLOOD of cream and sugar. No caramel. It’s upsetting because I love Tim Hortons coffee. Well, I guess no more.
