It is sad in today’s world you can’t go pick up your own food without the crew thinking its door dash orders. They obviously do not care about your food or experience. The crew was horrible and not pleasant. The girl in the window did not want to listen to my requests. The atmosphere was very dirty and unkept. The food was cold and overcooked. To top it all your no longer giving customers their refund back. This is another way to screw over your customers when you know you mess their orders up. I hope people read this and chose to not come here until they have a better staff at dinner time or offer refunds. You know people are not going to come back and your crew won’t answer the phone. Just the worst experience at all the KFC’s on the north and northwest side of Milwaukee.

I recently visited the Lover’s Lane KFC, and it exceeded my expectations. The crispy fried chicken was flavorful, juicy, and perfectly cooked, and the variety of sides complemented the meal wonderfully. Mash potatoes and gravy was delicious. The corn was a little over cooked but some extra seasoning and it was great. Biscuits were soft and fluffy. The service was prompt and friendly, they politely let us know immediately that it would be a 15-20 minute wait for fresh chicken. There were 5 orders ahead of us. We ordered the 12 piece meal and only waited 10-12 minutes. The manager double checked to make sure we had everything, making it a delightful experience. The dining area was clean and well kept. They definitely have turned this place over. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend KFC for anyone craving fried chicken locally. Five stars! (Team working 01/30/24 night shift was awesome)

I placed an order online, and went to pick it up when the app relayed the order was READY. It takes twenty minutes to get there. I get to the store and two people are ahead of me. I look around and don’t see a pick up order so I wait. After ten minutes, I sit down and wait another ten minutes before getting up and saying HELLO, as not a soul had come forward to see who was in the place. A guy finally came from the back to ask who was yelling in his store and I said it was me, and that I have an online order that said it was ready. He said, Well it’s not ready, walked off and never returned. After about twenty minutes, an off duty employee sitting in the lobby called to the back for another employee to make my order. I relayed to her at 3:17 pm that I placed the order at 2:36. The employee made my order and said he didn’t know I was there waiting. The first guy was a D.O.G. and should not work with the public under any circumstances where he has to speak.

I recently started coming back to KFC this past summer; I met Deshaun Welch during this time, and for the past several months I have frequented His location; not only is the food made fresh and hot, but Deshaun goes above and beyond to make sure that the customer experience is great; because of His genuine character I come to the restaurant and I have suggested it to several associates of mine. Great manager and great customer service.

This specific location is so unprofessional, I was doing DoorDash and have never eaten here but literally the workers weren’t paying attention to any of the customers coming in had people standing in line for over 10 minutes, there was a few people who actually left because it took so long. I had another order later and went through the drive through mind you I got there at 9:00pm and the employees decided they want to close the store a hour early even when there were people in the line!!! So unprofessional I’ll never go here!!

I pulled up and seen about four cars in the lot that looked like they were waiting for food. I got to the order taker in the drive thru and asked the woman if there’s a wait on tenders or nuggets. She said no. I paid and then she said CAN I PULL TO THE LOT AND SHE WILL BRING IT OUT!!!! I waited 15 minutes. The food was terrible. The wedges were hard and were so old they had no potato left in them. The chicken tenders were so old they were hard and stringy like. The only good thing was the biscuits. I will never come here again and am shocked this is still open.
