Awful service. Will never order coffee from here again, I’d rather go down the road. Why yall even hire staff like that? Every girl that was working and that i talked to there was extremely rude to me even another costumer pointed it out this morning. Genuinely how do these girls keep there jobs?

I really think Starbucks should take hiring a bit more seriously. This isn’t the first time I’ve come across staff who are either surprisingly rude or just don’t seem to know the basic policies — which is kind of shocking for a company of this size.
My last visit was honestly the breaking point. I canceled my order after the barista smirked and laughed at my perfectly normal question about a drink. I guess customer service isn’t part of the training anymore?
I really love Starbucks, and usually go in one at Southampton, love the people working there and the atmosphere amazing!
But NOT this place, unfortunately.

At 8:50 AM, they refused to serve me because they said they not open yet. At my question what time you guys open she said at 8, I said why you cannot do a coffee for me. She responded she don’t have a time and we are still closed how you cannot understand I don’t have a stuff. Was her answer. Unbelievable

Black venti pike was fresh made. Friendly service. Only issue, I asked for ice water and the barista became distracted and didn’t provide me with it. Overall though? Can’t really complain.

Disappointing. I made my purchase thinking that they were going to add the points to my account and the very rude Hispanic girl yelled at me and, very upset, said that it was no longer possible and the one who helped me did not explain that to me before. How rude. Then they both laughed at me like a joke How disappointing. This has never happened to me before in other stores like this one.

Second time I’ve ordered just a regular coffee and it was barely warm and tasted like it had been burned. Light roast coffee shouldn’t taste like dark roast coffee.

The woman working was very slow, had zero sense of urgency. Also didn’t offer me a receipt. I ordered two macchiatos and it’s the worst coffee I’ve ever had from a Starbucks, it’s literally ALL milk. Almost tasted like she used a splash of regular coffee and not espresso. I paid $12 for two milks. Not impressed.

Very nice staff, clean space and spot on food / drink service. The only downside is I was told I couldn’t redeem my Starbucks rewards at their location…. Strangely enough, I have been able to redeem them at other Target/ Starbucks locations. Still will order from here again if I am ever in the area.
