I mobile ordered my food ahead of time, before I got there. I was waiting in the pickup area for over 20 mins. As I was waiting, others who ordered at the counter placed their orders and got their food before me.
After I said something, their excuse was that people counter ordering were first. Yet I was there before them? Tell me how that makes sense. It wasn’t even something crazy, it was a simple nugget kids meal. Know what else is ridiculous, they didn’t even bother offering ketchup or anything like that.
This place is a joke.
