Our 1st visit was tonight and I must brag about little bit about the 3 young men who helped us and prepared our meal. All three were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They were having a good time being there working and it showed. They made us feel right at home. We need more young guys like these working with the public. Keep up the great work guys and we will be back!!!!

Like he forgot it but didn’t want to admit it. There’s no way this is $16 worth of food. It was entirely too hot for me to argue with them. They should at least be offering the customers a bottle of water if you have to eat in the heat. Looking at the previous reviews the air been out. I will never visit this location again. Difficult parking, hot atmosphere and improper portions

I recently ordered from Jersey Mike’s for takeout, and it was a disappointing experience. I specifically requested the Rosemary Parmesan bread, but they didn’t use it. To make matters worse, neither of our sandwiches had lettuce or tomatoes, which are essential for a good sandwich. We didn’t notice until we got home, and it was frustrating to find out after the fact. This is not the quality I expected, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

The price would be fine if they actually got your order right. Ask for no onions and jalapeños? Prepare to get the pepper and onion sandwich made by a teenager just to spite you for deviating from the menu and making them do something other than stare at their phone.

i’ve never been to jersey mikes but i really wanted to try the sub in a tub! the staff all were so kind, and helpful when i said it was my first time and i wasn’t sure how to order. food was delicious! staff had very positive attitudes which made the experience even better

We love Jersey Mike’s! The food is always great. I was very excited to see there was a young lady in there that said she is training to be the manager for the new Jasper locaton. I believe her name was Jessie. She was so nice and helpful and she was smiling the whole time we were there . We can’t wait for the Jasper store to open. I think she will do the same fabulous job at the new location as she was doing at this location. We will definitely be back.
