This is our “go to” Mexican place. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, overall a great experience yo eat here. They have specials on Tuesdays, actually, I think they have specials listed everyday on the board when you walk in. Can’t go wrong here. It’s all good. The people that left 1 star are haters and they were mad for some reason. The stars for this place are overwhelmingly 4/5 star for a reason.

The food here is amazing. I’ve eaten here more times than I can count and I’ve never had a bad experience with either the service or the food. The California burrito is a must try and definitely worth it if you’re looking to switch things up.

Excellent renditions of your standard Tex-Mex fare. These guys aren’t afraid of spice and don’t dumb down their food for “the American palate.” They’re in a dry county, so no margaritas. But, if you’re down in the Independence area, and don’t wanna cook, this is one of your three options (the others are the Red Barn, and Mike’s Gas Station). Thankfully, the food is very good, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Don’t look for much “atmosphere,” as the place is located in an old cinder block building. Come for the food.

They are the most kind hearted people. One day i left my debit car at home after working a 12 he night shift in the emergency room and they gave me my breakfast. We came back later to pay but they didn’t expect anything. They are just that nice. And their food is literally the best! So much cheese dip and flavor! Chicken is never dry!

Glad to see they were able to secure a building to branch out to a restaurant setting. We had always ordered from their “taco truck”, but this is awesome to enjoy their food in a restaurant now.
Their food is delicious! And the salsa is amazing. Tacos, tamales, nachos plates, quesadillas, etc. It doesn’t matter-IT’S GOOD!
