The food is always great. The buns are a little dry though.
The service dépends on the shift. Sometimes the shift is really courteous and makes us want to come back. There are a few shifts that are rude and make is stay away a few weeks.

Absolute worst food ever. Burgers were ice cold and barely thrown together and wrong on top of that. My bun was ripped in half and just slapped on top of the sloppiest burger I’ve ever had. The condiments were everywhere but the burger and the toppings were shoved to one side. My husbands burger was supposed to be plain with just ketchup. It had everything on it. Fries tasted like they’d been soaked in salt. Basically I paid $25 for a medium milkshake bc everything else was inedible.

I visited this location within an hour of there’re advertised closing time. Ordered a large onion ring and a large chocolate shake. I received about half to three quarters of a container. They were also cold. The milkshake was already melting which made me question where it came from. There was no whipped cream or cherry. And the cup wasn’t filled to the top. I think it was somebody else’s and they scraped off the whipped cream.

To get served a burnt chicken is 1 thing, but to deal with the rude attitude from Shantara the manager on duty and she told me O couldn’t exchange it for nothing else. Shantara said “all the chicken coming out burned”, so I asked her can I exchange it for something else and she told me No. This is very unacceptable and she need to find her a job she happy with. I had just bought my food and left for 2 minutes than came back. I will not be eating from there again. This is Moultrie Georgia location, the only Burger King here. I would rather travel out to get better food and service.

This store is always clean! The staff have been patient with my teens when I let them order. 1 is shy, 1 autistic, and the last has major anxiety. Thank you to each patient person that we’ve met! Food is great too! You salt the fries perfectly! The only downside is how often the drink machine breaks down or runs out but we don’t hold it against the store. I tried the tea because of this and it has renewed my hope in tea. Seriously, I was starting to think folks didn’t know how to make good tea anymore.

From my last experience, they have had great improvements. The floors and tables are being kept clean, the drink station are dry and clean. The staff are much more friendlier, and are fast working! I hope to expect the same on my next visit

I love Burger King but for some reason in Moultrie Georgia they only have brown rotted lettuce. I know if they make themselves a sandwich they do not use that same lettuce. It is disgusting and ruins the whole sandwich.
