This is the cutest little Mexican joint! Known for their puffy tacos! The puffy tacos are super yummy, crispy edges and flavorful pico you can get either chicken or beef. We always order a side of chips and queso which is also super yummy!! Last night we also got some nachos to try. Here’s a pic!

I love this place! It’s right by my house, which makes it easy to pick up takeout. It’s hiding behind another building, so if you’re on the main road, it’s kind of hard to see. I’ve tried four different menu items, and they have all been delicious! The inside of the building is always clean, and there are high chairs for babies/kids. There have been times when I go in, and the people at the register aren’t always the nicest, but overall, it’s usually a great experience!

We really enjoyed our visit. I got a fish taco, shrimp taco, and puffy ground beef taco. My husband got a fish taco, pork Adobe taco, and a steak taco. We shared some chips and queso. The tacos were absolutely delicious, and they didn’t skimp on the protein in any of them. Everything was very well seasoned and freshly made. The food came out very quick and was piping hot. We were the only patrons in the restaurant at the time we came and found that kind of odd. We are visiting KC from Atlanta. I grew up in this area and it used to be a very big central point for business and restaurants. It seems like it is still a good location. Regardless, we had a lovely dinner that was reasonably priced and a absolutely delicious. The young man who served us was very polite and efficient. I hope that this place does well. I will make sure to tell my family and friends a out it so they can check it out.

The dishes here were very good. Reasonably priced and my kids enjoyed it. They have something for everyone. The guacamole was a tad under seasoned nothing a little salt can’t take care of. All and all I would eat there again.

Ok, I went here because of the reviews I saw online. Mind you, I have eaten at a whole lot of authentic Mexican restaurants. Well , well, well, this place here is by far one of the worst Mexican restaurants I have ever eaten at in my entire 40 years. First, I would like to say if you are a dine in restaurant why do customers have to pay for their orders first. I have never been to a Mexican restaurant like that. Secondly, the prices are way way too high. I am a vegetarian. Tell me why I was charged over $30+ for only 4 items total. Nasty queso that was not hot, very clumpy, literally. You would think when you order a dish like I order it would come with other things to eat with it. Like at other Mexican restaurants when you order a dish. Especially dine in, they bring you chips & salsa. Well, not here, an extra charge. I ordered the veggie burrito for my main dish. Which was an absolute joke when it arrived. The burrito was thick in size but was not wrapped as it should be. The taste was absolute the worst, bland, as all get out. No taste at all, no season whatsoever. YES, YOU HEARD ME NO SEASONING WHATSOEVER. As I said, I’m a vegetarian, and it really doesn’t take a lot to feed someone with like myself. But at least put some type of seasoning on the food. I saw that the dish was just that, the dish, no extra, no sides far as beans, rice on the side. You had to pay for rice, which you would think it would come with the order. Well, not here, the BEST THING ABOUT MY ORDER WAS, I ORDER SOME GUACAMOLE WHICH WASN’T BAD. FOR $30+, which at another Mexican restaurant is enough money for 2 people to dine in. I do not, and I repeat do no waste your time at this place. Oh yeah I did not eat all this mess, I left it just how you see it in the picture.

Awesome! The chicken, beef, and shrimp tacos were great!
Even the refried beans had a great smokey flavor.
The Anaconda Liberty burrito was delicious!

Atmosphere is amazing staff is super nice food is great and prices are phenomenal.
I got the birra burritos (Wednesday special right now) and a large jamica which is delicious and reminds me of summers growing up in Texas.
We also got fajita burrito, and the liberty burrito , and chimichanga cheesecake.
I also want to point out that I am 6.Foot tall and these burritos are the same size of my forearm and 40oz tumbler.

I’m not from here so I was just looking for something nearby to eat. Found this place, I went at around 7 on a Saturday and we were the only people there, so I was a little nervous, but it turned out to be delicious! Seems they get lots of take out orders. I had the birria tacos, my friend tried the chicken taco and enchilada. We were both super happy with our orders! My consommé was so tasty. It came with three tacos but I could only finish two and then I was full. The salsa served with it was delicious and spicy but I prefer that. Rice and beans were standard – nothing out of the ordinary but I enjoyed them. Also, the two people at the front were very kind, attentive, and helpful. They were doing a great job keeping the place clean as well. I was impressed! Would definitely go again next time I’m in KC.
