I ordered food online. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5:30. I arrived at 5:30 and they told me to wait. When I said the order was confirmed ready for pickup the girl at the register just looked at me like “What did you expect?”
There were several (6 or 7) other customers waiting and everyone was getting angry. When they finally gave me my order at 5:55 some of the frustrated customers were angry because they had been waiting longer than I had. The environment was hostile and the workers seemed indifferent.

Worse management, no social skills , no smiles, no happy faces, no welcome, why hire someone who hates their job and customers. No tea and no napkins. Counters had dried sticky spills and cashier was packing up food without gloves on.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever had in my life, waiting for ten minutes to finally try to get someone’s attention, then get picked on because they are keeping you waiting and then hear two workers talk about how they are refusing to take an order and at the same time moving at a pace where they would lose a race to a sloth knowing that they are keeping people waiting while laughing about it, it’s a job, not free time
