I love coming here every time I’m in Orange County! This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who enjoys authentic Central Vietnamese cuisine. The food is always flavorful and consistent, the service is friendly, and the place has a welcoming atmosphere. I’ve introduced this spot to many of my friends and family, and they all loved it too. It’s definitely one of my go-to places whenever I’m craving delicious Vietnamese food. Highly recommend!

It’d be a 1 star if it wasn’t for the friendly server and nice interior
We had high expectations for the restaurant considering the menu had good options and seemed promising. Unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed with the terrible quality of the ingredients and unusual flavors.
* Bánh Bèo: 6/10 – shrimp didn’t taste fresh at all
* Bánh Bèo Chả Tôm Chả Huế: 5/10 – the additional plate of shrimp and pork patties was just weird and didn’t make sense
* Mì Quảng Đặc Biệt Có Sứa: 7/10 – flavor was weird
* Gỏi Hến: 6/10 – sesame crackers were old and didn’t go with the salad
* Iced Tea: 9/10 – refreshing
There seemed to only be 1 server working and he was friendly and kind. The interior was nice and they have a cute bridge when you first walk in. The restaurant is located in the Today Plaza so it can get crowded at peak times.
Extremely disappointed and we don’t plan on coming back any time soon — or ever.

Wow! What a hidden gem Quan Hy is! I recently dined here, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience from start to finish.
– Delicious Mi Quan: The Mi Quan that I ordered was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and satisfying, making it one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while.
– Great Vegetarian Options: My husband is a vegetarian, which can sometimes make dining out a bit challenging. However, he ordered the vegetarian Mi Quan and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was. It’s great to find a place that caters to diverse dietary needs without compromising on flavor.
– Wonderful Atmosphere: The ambiance and atmosphere at Quan Hy are fantastic. It’s cozy and inviting, which added to our overall enjoyment of the meal. The service was also exceptional, with attentive staff who made us feel welcome.
– Menu Temptations: I found myself wishing I could order everything on the menu just to try it all out! There are so many enticing options that I can’t wait to explore on our next visit.

Gave this place a try and everything was very good, the only thing I would say is that the bun bo hue is a little bland, other than that everything was great! The service was good and our server was very friendly. Will be back! 🙂

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants! Of course come here for the banh Beo. Their noodle dishes are great too, well known for Bun Bo Que and banh canh. They also have solid drinks Vietnamese iced coffee and coconut juice.
It’s your typical Vietnamese service though, so don’t expect much in that department. I called to make a reservation in advance and that didn’t go smoothly. When we showed up the lady was just so confused. Ended up having to put our name down on a wait list but it was ok, not much of a wait anyway! I have so many bad words for the parking. So crowded and of course we went on a Saturday. Wait staff we had to flag down several times for the basics like utensils and dishes. But the food more than makes up for it!!!
The decor is higher end than your average hole in the wall spot. It looks nice inside, with a pond and fish tank. Clean and modern looking. Sanitary. Lol!

The place is pretty nice, the staff can use some manners and be more attentive, our good took too long as they served my 2 friends that were asian and me n my friend that were mexican they forgot and didn’t even bring our foid till like 15m after we told them.. I took no pics of my food just my friends as I was hungry
