Tucked into a cozy corner of The Hermitage Hotel, the coffee here is solid—locally roasted with house-baked pastries—and the pink decor and French café vibe makes it feel really aesthetically pleasing and inviting. Great spot whether you want to chat with a friend or knock out some work, plus they transition to craft cocktails and wine in the evenings which is a nice touch. Overall a charming little escape from the Broadway chaos.

Only popped in for a cocktail while passing through. I ordered the French press espresso martini. I definitely had kick! And it was very frothy. Something I needed after having been awake and traveling for 13+hours! Omg they charge a LBT that is a liquid beverage tax of three dollars on one drink. Plus the regular tax plus tip. So a 4 ounce espresso martini will run you $28 absolutely ridiculous. I will NOT be back.

This is the perfect little spot for a Mommy Daughter Date or a girls brunch, though it is perfectly suitable for any diners as well. The French influence and calm atmosphere provides a great space to talk or work. And the service is excellent! I highly recommend the chocolate cake with whipped marshmallow topping as it reminds me of the decadent-looking chocolate cake from Matilda!

This was my go to spot when visiting Nashville. Service was impeccable every single day regardless of who was working. This morning Sheyma took care of me and she is absolutely wonderful. Such beautiful energy to be greeted with at 6 in the morning. Food and coffee were delicious, they even have fresh pastries every morning. Will definitely come back in the future!

Very cute cafe. Good coffee. Food portions are very small. I was shocked by seeing one of my friends that ordered ravioli only get 4 of them. Food is also on the pricey side.

We stopped in for something small at The Pink Hermit, which is a classy little cafe with a well appointed yet subtlety classic glam aesthetic. To me, it gives off a vibe of classic Hollywood, complete with pink plates, pink glasses and pink touches throughout. The lattes we got were delicious and well prepared, the small breakfast was perfect and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We left feeling like we had discovered a gem and would definitely repeat.

overall it was pretty good but damn was it expensive. the lava cake was $18, small pizza was $19, rustic bread with oil was $9, chai latte was $7. what baffled me was the lava cake lmao. If I ever do go again I’ll order the pizza and chai because that was immaculate. the staff there were lowk weird idk like he was just standing there. me and my cousin were rushing to get out lol.

I visited this cafe and both times I enjoyed my experience. First time I only had coffee and it was great. Second visit, I had a strawberry ricotta bruschetta and it was absolutely delicious. They have a variety of freshly baked goods at the counter as well. All the employees have been very friendly. It’s connected to the hotel so I’m not sure what parking options are.
