We had an amazing experience at The Juicy Crab today. The seafood was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Every bite was full of taste and we truly enjoyed our meal.

What made our visit even more special was the service. Julius was phenomenal — humble, honest, and sincerely kind. He made sure we were comfortable, explained everything clearly, and took great care of us with a big smile. There was another boy and the front service woman everyone was really awesome.

The atmosphere was also very welcoming and relaxing. We felt happy and satisfied from the moment we walked in until we left.

Highly recommend this place for great seafood and wonderful service. We will definitely be coming back again! ✨

The food is flavorless!! Crafty Crab seasons their food 10x better. I had to ask for 2 sides of Cajun seasoning!! I will never come back to this place. I’m extremely disappointed. My hometown Atlanta puts your Juicy Crab to shame! Their service is mediocre. I got one alcoholic beverage and was never asked if I would like another. I literally had to call the waitress over to ask for anything. The drinks are also extremely weak. Do better.

Business owner/s of this establishment, be careful who you hire. These are the steps of employing your staff.. TRAIN them – COACH them – COUNSEL them. I walked into the restaurant and was met by Bianca (staff) who was outside on a personal call and came inside only to greet Me as if I were a bother, so mean and nasty of an attitude that when I found out that she worked the bar also I couldn’t trust her to make My drinks honestly. This woman caught another attitude because I wanted to be seated at a window booth to enjoy My food. Folks remember… a CUSTOMER is not an interruption of your business, WE are the vital part of your business and the reason for it. Thankfully Gracie My server was pleasant and super attentive making this visit bearable.

I was really looking forward to trying this, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the salt level. The food was extremely salty — to the point where it completely overpowered every other flavor. Instead of being able to enjoy the ingredients or seasoning balance, all I could taste was salt. It honestly felt like eating pure salt, which made it very difficult to continue eating the dish.

Dear Management,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the experience my party of 12 had at your location last night. Despite having read several negative reviews, we decided to give the restaurant a chance, but the evening was unfortunately horrific.

Upon our arrival, we were seated in a private room with only one waitress assigned to our large group. While she did her absolute best to remain professional, she was clearly overwhelmed, which was evidenced by our drinks being delivered on a busser push cart rather than a server tray.

The most frustrating part of the evening involved a drink tower we ordered. Upon tasting it, we found the drink to be completely tasteless and overloaded with blue curaçao. When we asked the waitress if we could exchange it, she had to call for a manager. Rather than asking why we were dissatisfied, the manager’s first response was to ask if we had “read the ingredients.” When I requested an adjustment to the drink, she informed me that the drinks are pre-batched and not made fresh. She further stated that the owners had instructed her that no drinks could be removed from a check under any circumstances.

We even attempted to bring the tower to the bar ourselves to see if it could be adjusted, but we received no assistance. The manager’s dismissive and impolite attitude made an already poor situation much worse. This experience was a poor representation of the Juicy Crab brand, and I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve your service and quality standards.

I look forward to hearing how you intend to address these concerns.

Service was okay. Several staff called out and everything was SLOWWWWW.

Food and drink was exceptional. I was shocked. Yes, Exceptional.
Half pound shrimp Tuesday Special with black tea lemonade…SUBLIME!!! I’d order this again and again.

Atmosphere is appalling. Lighting is blinding, decor is haphazard. A cacophony of crap thrown together. Booths are hard wood, no padding. Plastic everywhere. Paper plates, plastic bags, plastic bins, plastic cutlery, plastic on cups….it’s a polyethylene and polystyrene kingdom!!!!

Chuck e cheese vibes but seafood for ‘adults’.

Would I go back? YESSSS because the shrimp and lemonade were spot on. Everything else is a bit of a cringe fest.

Its like a sit-down taco bell but seafood.

Prices are not cheap. That’s why I like the Tuesday Special.

This place will never score high but the food and drink were great!

Atmosphere was awful. The venue itself was dirty. The music was vulgar- I heard the f bomb dropped more in an hour of music than I have in the last six months. The staff made me wonder if I accidentally walked into a Great Value Twin Peaks instead of a “family friendly” environment. Most staff gathered around a couple tables to visit instead of actually serving paying customers. We debated walking out after we didn’t wait to get a table, but then once we got seated waited 15 minutes to get a drink. Should have left. Our five year old had lots of questions.
Food was great. But atmosphere was so awful we couldn’t enjoy the food.

This was my first time trying a seafood boil, and I must say, it was delicious, though a bit on the salty side. I would recommend it with caution for those with high blood pressure. If they could reduce the seasoning, it would be perfect. The restaurant itself is spacious, with easy parking, and the interior was clean. I was also greeted warmly by everyone I encountered. Overall, it’s a great spot with tasty food, and I would definitely consider returning with a few adjustments to the seasoning.

Very disappointing service and misleading items.

This was our first time visiting, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The food was just okay, but several things went wrong.

We ordered a dish that was supposed to have lemon pepper sauce, but it tasted only like butter — no lemon pepper flavor at all. The mussels were also extremely salty, to the point that we couldn’t eat them.

I ordered a rose lemonade from the menu, but what I was served tasted like tea, not lemonade at all. I only took one sip and politely asked for it to be removed from the bill since I did not drink it and did not like it. The server refused to remove the charge.

The service was very poor. The server never checked on us to see if everything was okay. My partner’s drink was never refilled or even offered again. Her attitude also felt very uninterested, as if she did not want to be working. I understand people can have bad days, but that should never be shown to customers.

In addition, my partner asked for the check while I was still eating, and the server brought the check to me instead. This felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. She also walked away while my partner was still asking questions, which came across as very disrespectful.

For the price we paid, the quality of both the food and the service was not worth it. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The atmosphere was pleasant. The place was clean and welcoming. The server was excellent and addressed concerns to the best that he could’ve . However, the food presentation was terrifying. Plastic bags!. Nooooo! Managing microplastics in the food chain is already hard enough. Now, seeing hot seafood presented in plastic bags choked all appetite out of me. I was in a fleeting mood. I asked the waiter for a to go box, but he brought plastic bag again, claiming that is what they have. I left in shock. I will not go there again. I will stick to Crafty Crab instead.
