I visted Asian time Square in Grand Prarie again and wanted to try this place out. I wanted something simple, but flavorful and went with their Basil Fried Rice, and it was exactly what I was looking for. My wife went with the Curry fried rice and she loved it as well. Both had great flavor, good texture and was overall a great experience. The lady at the front counter was very welcoming and even suggested the basil rice for me. Keep up the great service!

Aspara has different levels for their stir-fried plates. I selected the pad thai level 3 to be safe. The menu has level 1 to 9000 for $1.50. Level 9000! I think they have so many levels to make you pay more. Level 3 wasn’t spicy at all to me. I was thinking about adding shrimp and chicken for $3 each. However, I wasn’t paying an additional $6. I had chicken and shrimp at home. I was ordering so many items from the food court that I forgot the pad thai had peanuts. I like peanuts but not usually in my food. The pad thai was ok. I wish I had selected the recommended chicken fried rice. Maybe it would’ve wowed me. I’ve been hearing about mango sticky rice but couldn’t push myself to get it for $8. The service was good with a welcoming atmosphere.

We ordered the Pad Thai and Bai Mon. The Pad Thai was pretty good and the Bai Mon is still great!

We ordered the Bai Mon, which is the poached chicken with rice and papaya. The chicken was very tender, juicy, and flavorful. The garlic rice was very tasty too.
This place is inside a food court that was very busy and packed overall.

Just…No. Disgusting. Not sure of what I was eating was actually chicken. The rice was rubbery.

Good place, though mostly centered around Thai. The portions are rather small for the 11 bucks they charge. Food is good, but not as good as momma makes it. Khmer cuisine is rare and it’s always a treat to see it in the wild

The name itself is on point. The food though… Smh… We ordered the sik ko ang plate and the lort cha. The two very dry beef sticks they gave us was so terrible my hungry 12 & 8 year old couldn’t even finish it. The lort cha was decent after adding $3 for shrimp. I failed to look at Google reviews before trying this place. Turns out they have a bunch of negative reviews about the portions and quality, I hope they see and take these reviews seriously.

Yummy lychee drink. The food itself was fine. It was a little more dry than I had hoped and it tasted a bit burnt. Maybe too much time on stovetop, and you could taste it throughout the entire dish. It was still good though! Spice level was spot on!!

Was a tasty lunch. Noodles were good. Pricing for a full dinner plate was fair.

The portion and the price not really acceptable for the taste. I wouldn’t not go back here for food again but different people different tastes. Try it on your own to know your preferences.

So I came in here on a blind trip by myself. Saw that they have Pad Thai and oh, they have an option to go to spice level 9000 and said sure, why not.
Listen, the food tasted great! But MAN, that made me cry and slurp some more.
My Valentina gut counted out and had to ask for the take me home box.
Is it better than other places? I’m not an expert. But I had one delighful experience, that’s for darn sure!
Shout out to the pretty lady manning the front. She supported me throughout that battle.
